I have lost 50 lbs on Medifast and I use this twice a week as my green veggie. I had never eaten cooked spinach before starting this diet, and am certainly glad Green Giant makes this easy to prepare delicious spinach.
On time, non contact, appreciative
This is such a convenient option for cooking with spinach. The steam packaging cooks the spinach perfectly in a very short time in the microwave. It tastes fresh and flavorful. Be artful opening the pouch though, that steam is hot!
I bought a package of Green Giant Spinach to make an appetizer of "Spinach Dip". It was chopped just perfectly and worked just fine with my recipe. I would recommend this spinach to anyone .
This spinach is consistently good and we purchase it often.
We did not get Frozen spinach
I bought this to make the spinach dip from the vegetable soup package. I have made this dip for many years, but had a difficult time finding the frozen chopped spinach this time. This is the first time I bought this brand and I did not like it at all. It was very stringy and had a lot of stems. I've never had this problem in the past. I will not buy this brand again.
