I'm a new coffee drinker and this is my favorite flavor so far. Where I live, I always have a hard time finding this flavor so I assume lots of people like this one.
I have tried several varieties of the vue cup coffee flavors and this has to be one of my favorites. Some flavors sound like they would be delicious but once brewed lack that kick of flavor that was expected. The hazelnut however stands true to its name with a bold hazelnut flavor that isn't overpowering at all.
Brewed a 10 oz regular of both this and Gloria Jean's Hazelnut and this one (Green Mountain) was much more smooth and enjoyable. The Gloria Jean's has a sharper taste (but it isn't unpleasant). The description of "buttery" is spot on! It was a very pleasant cup of coffee. I highly recommend the Green Mountain Hazelnut over the Gloria Jean's
Was having a difficult time finding a flavored coffee vue cup that compared to the traditional drip coffee that I was used to. Thus far this is my favorite!!
Very good roast! Not bitter and not overdone with the hazelnut. Great aroma while brewing and pleasant aftertaste when drinking.
Coffee smells great brewing but is often weak and sometimes has a salty taste.
If you like coffee or hazelnut flavor I do not recommend this coffee. It lack flavor all together. It brews so light that I wondered if they left half of the coffee out of the Vue cup. If you like the very light roast and prefer no wake me up this one it for you. The other Green Mountain coffees are great however. Try one.
seems like all the Green Mountains I've bought have a .33 oz mix, not enough for a 14oz coffee. you buy a VUE for bigger cups so they should have a minimum standard besides the travel. 8oz come on now that's a thimble full and I wouldn't consider 14oz a travel size. the barista Italian roast is .47 and has a solid flavor and others are .40 and still marginal.
Watery and thin. Not good.
No hazelnut flavor detected. I usually drink my coffee black, but I had to add cream and sugar to make this palatable . Still looking for a good flavored coffee.
