Great coffee, great rich flavor, smells wonderful.
For a dark roast this is really good. Strong without bitterness of some dark roast.
Having just received my packages I now see why they were delayed and off the radar for several days. The big box was definately repacked and many of the smaller boxes inside were crushed. Plus I'm pretty much sure they created a second box with one box of k-cups, to say the least the packaging was a mess and the email receeipts do not match the contents for either box. Not sure if any of the individual k-cups were damaged without opening all of them but it definately had a rough trip. Definately disappointing they don't even acknowledge there was an issue.
Love the choice of dark/expresso roast coffee available. The Sumatra reserve has become my favorite. It has a bold flavor without being over powering or bitter.
As a former Black Apron Starbucks barista, I can attest to the absolute quality and consistency of the Sumatra and French Roast taste. The full body flavor of either of these are unsurpassed, and will stay you, on the palette, for an extended period.
Love the Sumatra Reserve !! Always bought the black magic till I tried this ... very good flavor, as I drink it black and like strong coffee..it's both but not bitter !! Win Win
This is my partners favorite coffee! She loves the dark rich flavor and is very appreciative of the fair trade aspect. She rarely buys it because of the cost, she still buys GMCR dark magic which is around half the cost. So when I saw the discount GMCR offered I purchased 3 boxes of 72. She will be one happy woman drinking Sumatra each morning
A good tasting strong coffee. The Reserve is stronger than the plain Sumatra. This one is more to my liking.
I like this as well as the other dark roasts, Dark Magic, Double Diamond
Good coffee but take varies from pod to pod. I have no idea why
