For those who are not big tea drinkers, or if you just want a boost to your current green tea intake, this is a great product. Vegetarian and free of the top allergens, the product is safe for most to take. Green tea has so many health benefits, you can not go wrong adding this supplement to your diet. The company is great to work with, and their products are consistently high quality. I would purchase this item again or recommend it to a friend.

I’m being monitored every 3 months so I’m curious to see if my numbers will be down or not. This tea extract comes in a medium sized capsule of 725mg and the dose is 1 to 2 a day. It varies on how many I take a day, just depends on how I’m feeling. I haven’t had any ill effects while using this supplement, only feeling the goodness related to green tea extract. I have not been using this very long. I work early morning and most of the time not having enough sleep but when I started to take it every morning I felt like somehow energetic so maybe its working. I take another pill before going to sleep and it helps me to sleep straight until my alarm wakes me up. I will definitely continue using it. I dont feel any side effects.

I do love to drink a lot of green tea but I thought why not try to add these supplements to my daily routine. I cannot tell you how great I feel!
