I have been a fan of probiotics for years and have been supplementing my family with them pretty regularly. This formula however is this best we've tried so far. I wasn't necessarily skeptical of these, I just took the information provided with a grain of salt... They ALL pretty much say the same thing, right? Well. My kids have been this this tiny pre/probiotic capsule daily for about 2 weeks now and what a difference! First of all, the capsule is very small and easy to swallow, I haven't heard any "my tummy hurts" or "I have a headache" in days, and it only has to be taken once a day. We were out of town for 4 days and I forgot them (!), once home my 13 year old caught a stomach bug that was causing misery. After a day of mostly water that night I gave her this supplement and had her follow up the next morning with another. By the evening of day 2 she was right back to regular and able to get back to business on day 3. I'm pleased with this formula and will keep this in the rotation.
This is a great probiotic and prebiotic supplement that is vegan as well. I really like the size of the capsules so it's not hard to swallow, also I can just open them and sprinkle them in food like yogurt. I like that there are three different probiotics and one prebiotic.

These come in a great size and are chewable making it a lot easier to take than having to swallow. It is less masker and the taste is great . These are available for adults and for children as well and can be purchased at an affordable price.
Nice product for little tummies, this is a great product to help little tummies get gut health regulatory and more in check if they are having tummy issue. Just one a day. What I like is that I can be worry free of what is going into my little one's body!
This is a really great probiotic. The capsules are a perfect size and easy to swallow with no bad after taste. I really enjoyed the easy convenience of taking this supplement. Another great feature is the capsule can be taken with water or can be split opened to add the powder to your food or drink, I tried both ways and didn't notice any bad taste, but I prefer to take as a capsule since it's so easy to swallow. I also enjoy that this probiotic is made vegan and Non-GMO. All and all I very satisfied with this product!
I'll start with the facts that the pills size was too large for my 6 year old to try to swallow. I do like that the capsule can be opened and poured onto food or in a drink without compromising the potency of the capsule. The taste did not seem to bother my child when poured on the tongue or leave a after taste. He has been talking two capsules a day for a little over a week now and so far we have not seen a huge change which is good because he had no allergic reactions or upset tummy, nausea etc. it's also vegan friendly. My child has not had any major consolation for the last week or so and how bowels have been pretty normal. I would say this is a good supplement to take if you have children who suffer from constipation or children who take medication that causes them to have days without going to the bathroom. Lastly, you do have to water before meals which my child can not do because he will be too full to eat his meal but you can also take it two hours after meal which works for us because I like to give him extra water when taking these capsules.
These are really nice because they are small and easy to take. I really like the prebiotics are in with the probiotic. It's only one capsule a day, but you could work up to more if necessary. Great for kids, but good for adults as well.
I found this product to be somewhat average. They are easy to swallow and on the smaller side which is nice. Also no negative physical side effects. They Also kept Tummy bloat down. However, I was not overly impressed with the effective. I don't believe it improved my overall digestion or gut health.
Capsules are on the smaller side. They are easy to swallow, and do not give any bad after taste. Easy to remember to take as you take one 30 minutes before eating, or in my case during meal prep. Don't like that they come in a glass jar.
