We bought this electric snow shovel because my husband had surgery and was unable to snow blow our walks and driveway. I am not strong enough to use our big snow blower. This snow blower is perfect for me to use. It's so very easy to use and does a great job.
This is a great machine. It clears my sidewalks in a hurry and saves my back from shoveling. It's not gonna clear 3ft of snow but works wonders with on 1 inch to up to 1 ft of snow. You won't regret. I just wish I had an extra battery.
This little snowthrower is heavy enough at the front to get all the way down to the pavement. It went through 4 inches of snow like it wasn't even there and chewed through a small snowbank with ease and a little bit of lifting of the thrower head. I was very happy with how long the battery lasted. I'm a 67 years old woman with arthritis and I was able to use this little machine just fine. The front snow overhead was a little bit weighty for me, but went on a sidewalk I just pushed it from behind and it was fine. I bought it, however, to create an open patch of grass for my tiny dog to have a wee on during a snowstorm. It was a little trickier for me on uneven ground, but I stood to the side, and “choked up on the bat “and was really surprised… Right down to green grass showing. I have the GreenWorks leaf blower and have always been quite pleased with it so I knew this would be a good quality item and it is.
used this today for first time. was a slushy 3 inches snd worked great. got right down to drive was with no issues. it was not loud, my scardy cat dog was with me without a noise issue. now thinking i may need the lawnmower in the spring.
Amazed at the power. Even blasts through slush. Only things that keep me from giving it 5 stars are difficulty removing the battery, and lack of ability to direct the output - only shots straight ahead, so when doing a long path, it puts snow back on the previously cleared area.
not as light as you would think. it will definitely take some practice using. dont really care for the lever you have to pull to get it to run.
This product works great. Pushes through heavy wet snow with ease. It's not very loud. The back spray of the snow is awful. They need to come up with a shield of some sort that attaches.
Second time I used the blower the auxiliary handle cracked and broke. The blower itself worked very well. Now we will see if their warranty service will help.
This machine is a bit heavy with no way to control the direction of the snow. I used it once and the snow was light and was blown straight up which caused more snow to land on me than the ground. Spend a few dollars more and get a better one with more control of the snow.
It works good but too heavy for a normal person like me. I would consider returning it.
