The blade seems extra long which is grate. the best thing is that is the battery is enter changeable with other Green Work products.
This is one of the best yard tools I've ever bought!!! No gas and oil to mix and smoke to breath, no extension cord and very long battery life. I have lots of shrubs and these are just what I needed. Highly recommend!!
I already had an impact driver and drill by Greenworks (G24) so this was a no-brainer. Cuts as well or better than my AC hedge trimmer. Battery life is the only limiting factor but it trims what I need on one charge. Might be an issue is you have more to work on.
The item is fine. However it came in a box which looked like it had first been shipped to Mongolia. I was afraid the item was going to be damaged. It came without a cover for the blades, which surprised me. It could have fallen out of the box. I just didn't want to hassle with calling and complaining, etc.
I LOVE this hedge trimmer. It usually takes me an hour to trim my front hedge and before I'm done I'm swinging the clippers at wasps dive-bombing me! With my new battery-operated trimmer, I was all done in 10 minutes and was already walking to the garage as the first wasp showed up. AND it shares the battery to my Greenworks weed eater.
It would be higher but trying to find the battery and charger is a Pain. and it is one of the few thats 24 volts the rest are 40 volts.
the 24v battery required for this trimmer was different than the Greenworks 24v battery that I had. Guess you need to read all the fine print
