I've found Guarana Energizer to be true to it's name. After about a year of daily usage it consistently provides a boost when I need it most during my mid-afternoon slumps. Most notably it gives me added energy for my afterwork workouts! I have the strength and stamina to push beyond my normal weight lifting sets with added energy for aerobics (elliptical, running, biking, etc.) My wife feels the difference as well when her energy level is down. We both are in our late 50's and very disciplined about health and fitness. We've found Guarana Energizer to be a dependable supplement to our healthy regime.
