Guidecraft does provide EXCELLENT telephone help when putting this Noah's Ark Toy Box together. The pictures, at times, were not too helpful, so my husband telephoned the company directly for some questions regarding the safety hinge. The rep. carefully explained how and why the hinges had to be placed. We had additional issues regarding the actual poor quality boxes used to ship this merchandise; the lovely painting on the top of the Ark had chipped, and he wanted to repaint several bad places. For FREE, they shipped an entire Ark top in a much better box than earlier!!
