What could be more fun on a hot summer day! Most kids are not prone to share extreme fun experiences. They push, shove or whatever it takes to get to be "first" but with this H20GO Water Slide, Triple Lane that urge is reduced with the three separate lanes for the fun slide. Adult supervision is always necessary but the separations are great for a family or friends to have the same fun experience at the same moment. I was a bit concerned about the lawn being so flat that it would detract from the enjoyment but the children never noticed anything but each other having the most fun of the entire day or more! If there was a slope to the lawn, it would likely make a faster, more exciting trip, but they were happy so I was happy. Besides the triple lanes, this great toy features water sprays to cool hot kids and a small, shallow pool at the end of the lanes. I also love the fact that it can get them out of the house and off the games without a fuss or fight. My only suggestion on what might make it more fun would be to make it longer.
The H2OGO! Water Slide, Triple Lane is so fun. The grandkids did not want to stop playing even though it was starting to rain. It is 18 feet long and about 6 1/2 feet wide. The kids did not want to wait until the ramp and pool parts were aired up so they played on it without inflating. The sprinklers on the side was great at keeping the slide wet. We used dish soap to make it slippery. It says for kids 5-7 years but my youngest grandson is 4 and the next youngest it 11 and they both loved it. So far we have not had any problems with it. I think that we will get a lot of use out of it. You can use an air compressor to fill the launch pad and the landing pool. It only takes about 5 minutes to fill depending on the power of your air compressor. A hair dryer does not really work too good so I do not suggest using one. Although it says to use stakes to anchor the slide to keep from moving, it did not come with it. All in all, it was a lot of fun for the kids and even the adults had a great time too. I would definately recommend the H20G0 Triple Water Slide to my friends and other family members. Lots of fun and a great way to cool down the 100+ degree weather. Enjoy!
This is a fun inflated slide/splashpool combo! You must secure a large area, preferably grassy & level about 12 feet longer than the inflatable. You must inspect the area & make sure it's free from rocks, sticks & any kid of debris that might puncture it. This is also important for the users' safety as well. To use it you must take a few quick steps & launch yourself on the inflated ramp. This propels you down the wet sliding lane & into the small splash area at the end. There are perforations around the perimeter which because of the hose connection is kept constantly wet. You need to inflate some compartments with air & some with water before using. A quick reminder to participants to be mindful of each other as they careen down the lanes. Safety is an issue & it might be wise to keep little ones separated from the bigger kids. Our little ones sat on small inflated tubes & pushed themselves down the lanes & enjoyed dabbling in the small splash area at the end. There seemed to be no end to the variations the bigger ones used to keep themselves challenged & entertained. It's a nice departure from sprinklers & kiddie pools. It also folds up nicely for transporting to someone else's house. Just be sure you have a large enough area to enjoy & keep safe. It can be set up by 1, but is definitely easier with two, since there's both the issue of filling up with air & water. It comes with a patch kit which we haven't needed yet. Good clean fun for all ages.
Other than having to reorder this because the first never was shipped, this is worth the price. We've used it 5 times now with a minimum of 4 kids at a time(ages 6-10). The key is to find a flat spot for the pressure to be even on all sides. Also consider using dish soap to help the slipperiness.
For starters the grandkids had fun on this toy. I wasn't really impressed. It asked me to anchor the slide into the ground with pegs to make it stationary, yet provided none. My grandson and I tried to inflate the slide with a bicycle pump, instructions said it could easily be done. After an hour of pumping (yes the drain plugs were all closed and the valve opened up by the end of the pump) our attempts failed. It didn't seem to take on any air at all. The 3 lanes were enough for the 3 girls to slide down at once, though a squirt of dish soap did make it a bit slipperier for them. They loved the side sprinklers and jumped around in the mini wading pool at the end. The kids had fun, and got wet and cooled down on almost a 100 degree day. Son in law swung by later that night with an air compressor and had the ramp filled in no time. The pictures provided are with the ramp uninflated, this ramp and slide are fully functional now. And I really have not had an issue with the slide not being stationary without being staked down. Overall, worth getting this, the grandkids are playing with this daily in this hot weather and having a ton of fun doing so.
I received this H20GO! Triple Lane Water Slide for free through Spark Reviewer. We do not have a pool so I thought this would suffice for some wet summer fun. My 10 year old has used it 3 days in a row. He really likes it! It states on the box, "for ages 5-12". It really isn't long enough even for my 10 yr old, but he still enjoyed it. I would highly recommend using soap to make it slippery, also it's very important to check your yard for ANY DEBRIS before setting up the water slide! We had a lot of yard debris so my son decided to use a flexible boogie board for a little protection. I wouldn't suggest letting 3 kids slide at once. We had 2 average sized 10 yr olds slide and it was just wide enough for them. So it really just depends on your kids' sizes as to whether or not they'll bump into each other while sliding! The width of the 3 lanes equals 6'7''. It is 18' long starting at the ramp, and ending at the pool. I personally think that the pool at the end is a cool addition to this water slide. We did have a problem with the water not reaching the side opposite of the water connector. And it was on full blast. My son had only 2 complaints after using this slide, feeling debris underneath, and having to use soap a few times during sliding. But that hasn't stopped him from enjoying this H20GO! Water Slide!
When we received the product, upon opening the box i was immediately impressed with the texture and quality... what I got instead was slightly disappointing. after spending about20-30 minutes blowing up/ filling up the different components and setting up/ orienting the slide correctly, and while the portion where the hose directly attaches to (where the holes are for the side sprinkler input) spray "just ok" but even after my standard hose did not give it the desired effect (or any effect for that matter)… It barely made it halfway down one side on the sprayers; the plastic material they use is awesome! It's very slippery and appears to be well constructed with attention to detail: it comes with two robust ground stakes that fit through constructed holes in the beginning side of the slide to keep it from moving-the stakes themselves are smooth and when installed correctly there is no chance of catching your on them or cutting yourself in any way via the built in protective covers that naturally. I was able to just stand off to the side with the hose and spray, and when you get it wet enough it slides... FAST! ;)
The company that sent this item didn't bother to put it into a shipping box so the box came in with frayed corners and a tear towards the top. Fortunately the slide wasn't affected even though the slide had no other inside protection around it. I got the largest size and am glad I did. It's wide enough for 2 small kids or one large one. The slide fills up a cushion at it's bottom to make a good stop. The head also fills up . It includes a few stakes to brace it. This slide is a lot of fun. Very colorful and very easy to set up. With the Arizona heat it will get a lot of use , but you need a decent sized area to put it. I enclose a picture with my Chihuahua so help gain a size perspective.
I received this h20go free from Spark Reviewer program. I opened the box and took out to read instructions. I gathered up an air compressor and the water hose. I inflated the ramp first and then hooked up the water hose and turned on the water. It took a few minutes for the water to get all around the slide but not up by the ramp. I think if i had hooked up the water first and turned it on and let it fill first then inflate the ramp it would have worked out much better. Also it really does need to be put on level ground. My slide wasn't on level ground and the water puddled on the slide. There are three water drain ports, so be sure to close them before using it. The water spray that sprays onto the slide didn't impress me. The spray didn't seem to spray very high. Not like the picture on the box. I do like the durability of the slide. Seems pretty good. I also like that it is very colorful. With the three drain ports the water is pretty fast to empty out. It didn't take too long to deflate the ramp either. I really think kids will have lots of fun . I would recommend this H20Go.
It arrived a day early (thank you) so we were able to use it for a Labor Day picnic. However, #1 the box was broken and falling apart (luckily, nothing had fallen out); #2 it set up fairly easily but after about a half hour, the cushion popped; #3 the kids, ages 2-10, continued to use it, but we had to use a sprinkler to keep the slide wet because the sprays didn't stay in position without the air pressure to keep them upright. It did its job for a day, but I don't know if it can be sufficiently repaired to be able to use it again.
