These patches work well. to help them stick better i held my hand on the patch after applies so it warmed up aliitle. it then stayed on until replaced. i quit in 2 mths.
works the same as name brand patch but is only half the price
as the title says the patch does help but its up to the wearer to be smoke free
This patch seems to work just fine . It's a bit thicker than the meme brand but it goes on and off nicely .exact same product as the target up and up store brand but a whole lot less expensive. The only difference is the box they come in . Good buy .
I successfully quit over I'm embarrassed year's of patches and slow reduction of cigarettes packs AND cartons each week/month AND high doses of buproprion /wellbutrin Rx...... This was the hardest thing almost heh... thought I'm on step 2 Finally... But no I'm quit. I see then as nasty 🤢🤢🤢 stinky and stressful like source of stress themselves... An early grave and leads to cancer and also breathing probs... Hole in neck nightmare stuff. And me personally I was always out of breath. Yeah it snuck up on me I am cautious and it shocked me .. also went on a diet of anything over soda and no candy or junk N restricted cals with supplements for mind soul and body vitamins... And ditched RX meds 💊💊💊 in general those felt like a leash n tied to dopamine kick cravings et. As they they prevented... increase of Lean meats and more fruit and veggies 🥦🥕🌽 this took years guys... the whole nine... Etc but I don't think about cigs when I wear them like addiction fed.. There are nice lozenges if you don't like the gum too.. You won't regret it and one puff 💨 leads to another cig another pack another carton u kno... population control.. I didn't like the lozenges but I ordered ludens sugar free cough drops to help and bought also inner self understanding 😉 journals hmm they are guided journals etc so physical mental spiritual.. All taken care of.. This was tough.. If drawing or art 🎨 is more your thing there are guided sketch books.. You will feel great and smell better and live longer
Liked that they can be worn during the day while working just make sure to remove the patch before bedtime unless you want to have nightmares.
These patches were really good. Cheaper too! Did have a problem with them staying on a few times though.
Arrived on time but the packaging was smashed. Oh boy! My order looked like it came from the second hand store!
Waste of money. They little effect. Buy eqate brand.
