My new toaster is so cool. I just love the color.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Among the reviewers that have spoken about this toaster are a handful of perfectionists like myself that loathe the kitchen counter clutter. This sleek, stylish Haden toaster has earned a dedicated, visible spot in my kitchen, though. I selected the 'putty' color, which harmonizes quite nicely with a mostly white/off-white kitchen. The polished stainless steel accents, minimalist design, and retro timer gauge are design highlights. The one quirk with this particular toaster is that it tends heavily toward the 'very toasted' end of the spectrum. The timer dial ranges from 1-6, and in my experience, a slice of toast at the 1 1/2 setting is sufficiently browned (that's personal preference, of course). Just a word of caution - otherwise, a great looking little kitchen appliance.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love this toaster! It's design is beautiful and it looks so pretty on my counter. I love the wide slots so a bagel will easily fit in it. There's even a button just for that. You can easily adjust how light or dark you want your bread toasted and it even has a defrost feature as well as a cancel feature. The crumb tray is removable for easy cleaning and fingerprints wipe off with ease. I just love this toaster!

This is a well made good looking toaster. It browns without drying out the bread. Love the dial on the front instead of the side. It is worth the money.

I am not the best bagle slicer and even though my old toaster said it was wide slot, my bagels also got stuck and burned. Not once in this toaster. Absolutely perfect bagels everytime. when you use the lever to lift up the toast it actually lifts it up so you can grab it.

Nicest toaster I have ever owned. Also the most expensive! ILooks nice sitting out on the counter. m retired now so it was definitely a splurge for me and Id do it again.
I do NOT recommend this toaster. I originally purchased it because of its style and it is compact. Unfortunately, I have owned it for about 3 months now and started noticing that it does NOT burn evenly. One side of the toast will be burnt while the other is barely toasted. Also, the external part of the toaster becomes extremely hot when it is on (not just inside). Yes, I would expect it to be warm, but it is way too hot for the outside and even as an adult I must be careful around it. I definitely would not recommend around children. It's almost as though something is wrong with it as the burners seem off (not toasting consistently on both sides) and the unit itself is overheated. In hindsight, I would have gone with a toaster that is more substantial even if that meant spending more. You can also tell when you move it that it is extremely light, basically indicating the parts are not substantial and, hence, the issues. Pick something else!
