i just love it, i love walmart... :)
I had to adapt part of so that my zero water filtration system would work with this cooler. I do not use the hot water portion so I turned it off. I would prefer the water a little cooler than it is. If any one knows how to adjust that I would like to know how.
I received this product a few days ago, but have had to wait to get on the water bottle delivery service until today. When he came, I plugged it in, no red light came on indicating it was heating to give me hot water, so I believe the product is defective. And as a matter of fact, have logged on to this site today to get an "Easy Return Receipt". \\ I just hope my store will accept the return, as I paid for home delivery. Could you please send me an email confirming that a return to store is possible. I think they will be difficult when I come with the dispenser to store. My total was $127.00 for the machine, can I expect a full return?
everything was grate until we got the item in our home and assemble it. There wasn't much we had to do we only needed to add the hot and cold nob but one of them was not made correctly so we had to return it and upgraded instead. I don't know if this was bad luck or most of the items come like this.
I bought the Haier Hot and Cold water Dispenser and followed directions to run. It dispensed hot water, but never dispensed cold water. I re-did the directions 3 times with no luck. I then called the 1-877 number in the the book, and was on hold, from person to person until I finally hung up out of frustration. I'm hoping to get my money back and don't wish to ever get this product again.
