I'm giving it a 3 star for now. The instructions were not very useful and it was kinda strange to put together with just pictures that do not explain which screw or bolt goes where. Good thing I'm good with diagrams....LOL There is no information on how to use or how to achieve best results when smoking, grilling, braising or any other ways of cooking. Not even a small cook book or guide to best woods/charcoal to use. Or a guide on cleaning or storing. It does seem very sturdy and well made, I will update once I use it and maybe give a better rating or worse who knows... Wish it had better instruction and a user guide for what was paid for it.
I started to assemble the smoker, and one part was missing, and two of another was included. I contacted the manufacturer, and they couldn't immediately find the right part because they have the same smoker with two different parts and instructions .
Its good for smoking meats at 300*degrees Have to use tinfoil to close off the holes so the heat will lessen for slower smoking time
The creators of this grill did a horrible job I bought it for my Husband's Father Day gift. Well he never got to use it. The drill holes where missing and could not be put together. They really could of kept it. Now me who is handicap
So, upon opening the box and all the packaging, I noticed I was 2 handles, 1 screw, %26 2 nuts short. Once I started putting it together as best as I could, I realized there is clearly more than 1 model for those directions, as mine doesn't have certain features described in the instructions (certain holes for screws). I would not recommend this to others as I'm still wondering how I'll ever be able to get it together at this point.
Only came with instructions on to put it together but not clearly. Gotta see how to set it up to smoke.
