Great bassinet!! With the side mesh panels I feel confident at night knowing my baby is safe! As a new mom this feature was so important. The swivel feature is awesome so I don't have to get out of bed. I can just swing him over and when I need to get out I can swing it back around. The collapsing front panel is also a great feature to have to get him out of the bassinet. I had a c section and this was a lifesaver as it was harder to get around.
The Halo Bassinest is a great product for a number of reasons. Not only does it stand right next to my bed, it can swivel over my bed making it easy to get my little guy out at anytime. It's adjustable in height so it fits over our tall mattress. It's a very smooth swivel and not jarring so it doesn't disturb him too much. It's really sturdy, I don't have to worry about my older kids tipping it over even when they are running in and out of my room and run into it. He's so close I feel like we're almost co-sleeping without the risks of actually having him in the bed. I can easily reach over and sooth him without getting out of bed which makes falling back asleep easier for me. I really like that the sides are made of mesh to ensure good airflow and for easy visibility. It has built-in features that are pretty neat. I haven't used them very much but I did test them out and think they are useful, especially the vibrate. My guy loves to be in motion and the vibrate helps sooth him to sleep. The pockets on the sides are nice to have to keep some of the things off my bedside table and within reach. I would highly recommend the Bassinest! I love how this has made the newborn nights not as jarring for both baby and I.
Very good bassinet! I little bit expensive but it is very well made so I think it worth the price!
The Halo Bassinest is one of my favorite baby products! I love not only it's functionality but that it fits in so well with the rest of our home decor and doesn't have tons of bright colors like so many other baby products. My favorite part about this bassinet is the swivel feature so I can easily take baby out of the bassinet in the middle of the night without getting out of bed and can move the bassinet away from the bed so it's not in the way of getting in and out of bed. When we used this with our first baby we had a small bedroom and while we had to strategically place the base so it wasn't in the way, it was so much nicer than having a stationary bassinet that would have had to be placed at the end of our bed or across the room and would have been much less convenient for middle of the night feedings and diaper changes!
My husband and I are using the HALO Bassinest Swivel Sleeper Essentia with our first baby. This product is super nice because it adjusts to the height of the bed and is able to slide over the mattress. My favorite features are that you can easily swivel the bed part out of the way which allows me to get in and out of bed easily. I also like the collapsable side which allows me to reach my hand in easily to comfort baby as well as to lift the baby in and out of the bassinet. It was also super easy to assemble! I highly recommend this product!
We are loving this bassinet for our newborn. It's so convenient to be able to swivel her to us without having to get out of bed and the pull down side is really helpful having had a c section! Plus I know this is a safe sleep environment for her! The size is perfect and she'll be able to use for a long time. Highly recommend!
This bassinet has been great. My baby is a week old now and he's been sleeping good in the bassinet. The swivel aspect is super helpful and the insert that goes in the bassinet helps keep him snug and protected. I love the decorative mobile too that goes with it. For my 4th baby I'm happy I tried this product.
LOVE this bassinet! We used for my daughter and now with my son, too. So, two babies in and still love it! The swivel feature is amazing, as it makes those night feedings much easier! It can lie right on top of your bed but Baby is still safe in their own space. Docked one star because somehow in 3 years, the vibrate function has stopped working. :( Despite that, I still recommend this to everyone!
We loved this bassinet. It was a little difficult to “swivel” sometimes. But never had any actual problems with it. Until this morning at 4am when my baby was on the floor crying. I have no idea how this even happened as I was asleep. (see picture) My boy is okay! I just want to make people aware of this before purchasing. If you want to get this, you can really only use it up to about 4-5 months. And because of that I'd just go for a cheaper one because that's what we did with our first baby and the cheaper one worked out just wonderful. This one will not be used after what happened.
