We are loyal to our Halo sleep sacks. We have been since our girl was born and was being monitored for possible hip dysplasia due to being breech for so long during pregnancy. They are the best quality and hold up so well! The Early Walker one is a new favorite for our super speedy crawler! Great product and brand.
Have yet to use them because my little one is still too young. But, the fleece is really nice and all together the product is quality. I look forward to him being able to use them.
I got this for my 15 month old who walks on her own. We ordered the "large" size, and it works great for her. She was just under 30 inches in length at her last doctor's visit around 13 months. My daughter loves to stand up in her crib when she wakes up, and the regular sleepsacks without the openings for feet were too restrictive and prevented her from moving around in her crib freely. We love this Early Walker version! It keeps her super cozy and warm, and she can easily stand up and walk in it. We keep her feet pulled out even when she is sleeping, so she can stand up when she wakes on her own and is happy, before we even enter her room. The cuffs at the ankle prevent the sack from ever falling over her feet, so the sleepsack is still baggy and loose around the upper legs like it should be to help them stay warm! It is definitely warm and thick, so we just have her wear a pair of cotton long-sleeve footie pajamas underneath during these fall months. She's been sleeping great in it with zero complaints!
This is perfect for my 11 month old. Like the other reviews mentioned, it does run very big. With that said, I like that I can push the legs up while he's awake so that he can still cruise around his crib without tripping or getting tangled. Once he's asleep, I pull them down over his feet and he's toasty warm all night. I will be ordering a second!
Excellent sleep sack. I only buy halo brand ones now after trying so many when my littlest was smaller. She's a toddler now and these are perfect. Perfect for, easy to walk in, keeps her nice and warm at night during the winter months
I love it, it's soft, warm and light weight. I wish since it's a bigger size it zipped from the bottom up versus top down. That is just a preference because then it's easier for my daughter to help put it on and take it off.
Great product, but the size guide is completely inaccurate. My baby is 32 inches long and weighs 25 pounds, and the medium (smallest size available) is very baggy on him. I had to order the medium after I saw the large and extra large I ordered wouldn't be fitting him for a very long time. My baby is a tall one year old (in the 95th percentile for height). Considering some babies are walking at 10 months, and they are not as tall as my son, I can't imagine these sleep sacks accommodating any “early” walkers. The babies literally trip over the extra material. I really wish there was a size small enough for my very tall one year old.
My daughter is 11 months. She has been in a sleep sack since about 4 months. Now that she is mobile and ready to walk, I opted for this. It's way too big. I read the reviews and saw others saying the same so I purchased the Medium. Even the M won't fit. It says 6-12 months 16-24 lbs. My girl is 19 lbs and it'll be awhile before she fits in this. Will probably return. Bummer.
It's horrible it would fit a five year old the sizing is ridiculous I hate the inconvenience of having to return a product I bought two and my daughter will never be able to wear them so disappointed
I purchased a medium for my 10 month old. Its the size of a 4/5 year old. The whole point of it is to be a wearable blanket thats safe but its so huge that it could be pulled up over the babys face.
