USA Company so it has safety oversight unlike the products shipped here directly From other counties. Quality made and comfortable. Everything is finished nicely. The wrap is warm but not dangerously bulky. HALO is the only wrap I trust and I give them at every baby shower. Halo lead the way for back is best sleeping. Read their story.
Product was in good shape and shipped quickly. The price of the product was less than other retailers but shipping was more. I paid the extra cost of shipping to receive the product quicker.
So warm for the winter months. Exactly what I was looking for
My granddaughter likes the snugness around the middle after transferring from the halo swaddles. Halo is an American company that has a reputation for pioneering safe sleep and making quality products. If something recall or defect wise comes up this company can be located and answer for it. You can't say that for products purchased straight from an overseas “ company” that will pull stakes and close at the first sign of trouble. Of course they'll reopen under another name tomorrow. Halo pioneered the Back is best message! The statistics from the early 90s show that the public service push done by the gov actually led to a drop in SIDS deaths by something like > 80% Sad to see that message not being related to the younger generation. Great company great product. Crib sleeping in their back with nothing in the crib.
This made transitioning so easy! My LO loved being swaddled. We used the swaddle sleepsack starting in the hospital, I really love the halo brand. We tried cold turkey arms out when she started showing signs of rolling and it was kind of a nightmare… came back to halo to see if they had anything for transitions and low and behold THIS. This muffles her arm movements slightly while still being safe for her if she rolls. We're all much happier!
I was really worried about transitioning my daughter out of a traditional swaddle but she took to this wonderfully! The sleeves are also great because it's pretty cold where we live and I don't have to dress her in multiple layers to keep her warm
Works great for my baby! She has always loved a swaddle, and for several months could not fall asleep without a swaddle. I was very worried to transition her out of a swaddle, and this has been the best sleep sack we've tried in our transition process.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We have tried a variety of sleep brands and Halo by far is our daughter's favorite! It's also hip healthy approved.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] It fit our son well and the dual zip is amazing. It did seem to help him sleep a little better and the fabric was soft enough that it didn't bother him wearing it without a onsie underneath (it has been so hot and the fabric is on the thicker side so keep that in mind when dressing your baby). My main issue is the sleeves are a little form fitting so it was almost impossible to put him in a longer sleeved outfit on the colder nights while he was in it. Overall a great product though and did help my son sleep without being fully swaddled (he is trying to roll so we had to stop swaddling suddenly and he was not a fan of just his arms out in the halo swaddles -also great products-as much)
The material is really nice and very soft, but our baby seemed to hate this transition sleep sack. He'd previously been in the Halo swaddle with both arms out. We bought this sleep sack because we thought he'd like the tighter fit in the middle to replicate the velcro piece he was used to on the swaddle. The sleeves also fit him as a quarter sleeve and cause the sleeves of his jammies to bunch up. For whatever reason he did not like it and was more difficult to put to sleep anytime we used it so we just skipped ahead to the regular sleep sack which he does seem to like.
