Its a bit messy because it boils so hard and bubbles out the sides, but other then that it makes a lot of rice, it boils very hot and cooks to perfection. Takes a long time but I don't mind.
This is absolutely great product and it's really Working good no problem and it is a big size So overall everything is perfect
Cooks rice to perfection every time. Also good for beans , hard boiled eggs,making all types of soups. I have chili in mine now. Love how it keeps things warm.
Haven't had any issues since I bought this rice cooker. It work as expected, and it's easy to clean.
Switched from a ten cup to a 3 cup and it's perfect for our family of 5. I love that it doesn't take up so much counter space and the rice is perfect every time.
I bought this for the convenience. It was more con and less venience. It doesn't have a timer, which I would have probably known had I read the description. It made a huge mess on my countertop, maybe that was user error. After further research I learned my instapot can cook the rice in half the time.
Stopped working
this rice cooker was a worst purchase. no matter how much less water or more water you put it will splash water everywhere while cooking. although cooking is fast the mess it creates is miserable. the lid is not perfectly sized, so water comes out through the gaps
I can't keep the ON button on it keeps on going to the warm setting on it's on. Also the bottom part of the pot burn the rice but the rice still uncooked.
I used it with 6 cups (water). I did not stand in the kitchen and watch it, so that my mistake. When I did go back in the kitchen it was boiling over, all over the counter and even in the floor. I can't imagine what it's like with a larger quantity if water. If I wanted to clean up a mess, I would have just cooked the rice on the stovetop and left it. This is going in the trash.
