This mixer runs so quietly I have to keep checking to make sure it's still working. Plenty of power and nice storage.
If you're looking for a hand mixer that doesn't splatter or leave flour all over your countertops. - then this is the mixer for you! The slow start works beautifully and allows ingredients to be incorporated without ending all over the countertops and floor. I love it! Highly recommend!
The only thing I don't like about this is that it does not sit well with the cord. When you need to sit it down after mixing something it doesn't sit good. Wants to fall over unless you mess with the cord and try to move it to the side. They should have made to cord turn more side to side so you can sit it down in between mixings!
I read reviews before ordering this and also looked extensively online for a reasonably priced hand mixer with great reviews. This one has been really great. It's so quiet and I love the easy to clean beaters. I have not seen these on another mixer before. It blends in a shorter amount of time than my old one. I am impressed by the quality, heavier cord, easy clean beaters and it's also light to hold for the lower price point. I hope this one lasts a long time because I really love it. I may have to buy another one to keep handy. ;)

it works very well and is very quiet. Seems to be well made. I'm very hsppy with it.
I like the way it looks and how it works, my problem is the way it came. It was taped and was not brand new, something that was returned? When I buy a brand new item, I expect it to be brand new, not used! Won't let add pictures, say an error uploading files?
The power cord is too stiff. The cord will not stretch out. It stays kinked in the coil pattern used to pack it. Therefore, it requires a free hand to keep it away from the beaters and whatever you are mixing. The plastic box to hold the beater and the accessories is a joke.
even though it's a 5 speed with a very small boost it doesn't do the job I like it at the slower speeds but you're going to need it to kick some butt towards the end of mixing this unfortunately doesn't do it.....try another and these mixers should come with RPM'S listed at the various speeds
I purchased this item in December and received it in January. I have used it maybe 5 times and it's already broken. I was making frosting....I'm so disappointed.
