Just replacing my 26 year old food processor. This one was really a great buy with the additional chopping bowl. I'm always drawn to Hamilton Beach products for style & price & not to say their long lasting lives. It works so awesome. Made my sofrito batch with it & was very impressed. See ya in another 26 years...lol!
I found this product to be much easier than those I've had before as far as using it and cleaning it. I would recommend it to others without any hesitation whatsoever! Love it.

The Hamilton Beach Touch Pad Duo Food Processor does everything I want it to. However, I bought it, in part, because it has both a small and a large bowl. However, you only can chop with the small bowl, so you can't use the small bowl to shred or slice or anything else. That really limits the use of the small bowl, unfortunately.
I have used this processor several times and have found it to be satisfactory. I like the light weight and the 2 different size bowls. I have had some difficulty putting it together but it's getting easier. I also think the instruction manual could do a better job of explaining how to use. I would recommend anyone considering buying this item to view the demo video online. Overall, I am pleased with this purchase.
Product is lighter to handle than my old Cuisinart that I had. What I don't like is that it doesn't have other separate attachments. Only has the sharp blade and one for cutting veggies (I haven't tried that yet) on the same attachment has for potatoes. My other one had separate attachments for chopping, one for french fry potatoes, a plastic dough blade. I Miss having those as you don't always need the metal steel chopping blade. Can I order other attachments for this processor?? This is frustrating right now- your site will not let me 'send' this!!!! I answered ALL that was required!.
I did not like this machine. It did not process properly. All the food stayed on the side of the bowl and I had to scrape it into the blades at least 10 times. I am returning it.
Huge disappointment, the product was opened which made be think (why is this box open?) I unpacked every thing, plugged it in and NOTHING! Tried three different outlets
