The knife is easily assembled and easily disassembled for cleaning. It is easy to use, making quick work of slicing everything from bread to meat and cheese. Evenly slicing each piece. I would definitely recommend this product to anyone looking to invest in an electric knife.

It's simple to use, just click the blades on, plug it in and you're good to go. The blade release can be a little touchy if the device is laid on its side. Overall, I would recommend this product

The knife also comes with a 5" kitchen utility blade that can be used for slicing tomatoes, breads, and other things you may need slicing. The knife has a cool touch handle and easy to operate. I love that it has a storage box so, everything can be kept in one place. This item will be a great asset for the holidays when preparing my turkey and ham for Christmas and Thanksgiving. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This electric knife is great. There I said it. It not only slices with ease, it had a feature that I didn't even know I wanted, the utility blades. The smaller blades are perfect for carving up fruit and the harder to reach spots on carving up a turkey. The handle is shaped to fit in my hand and not be clunky when pressing the trigger. And, I don't know about you, but when I am carving, I am going back and forth to each side and the long cord really helped me out. Normally I would end up dragging the cord right through what I was carving, but I didn't have that issue with this electric knife. And when I am done, I place it all back in the case. Easy to store and easy to find when I need it again. Great product.

When I was done carving the ham, I changed blades to the utility blade and sliced up all my vegetables for scalloped potatoes. I still wasn't done! I then proceeded to make a salad. The tomatoes stayed firm and the cucumbers sliced up perfectly. Thanks for such a handy knife!

This is the second Hamilton Beach product I have purchased and both have been outstanding and far better than the usual poor quality I find in most of today's products. Not only are the knives of good material, but the convenient box they are stored in is also of a high quality plastic. I was very surprised to actually see such quality as was the norm in the past and is very rare these days in a reasonably priced item. Thanks Hamilton Beach!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I tried this product on several foods to see how well it worked. First off, I tried to cut raw meat and I didn't like how the knife worked. I had to use a lot of force to avoid loosing my grip since it wasn't cutting as smooth as I thought it would. I later tried cutting bread and the knife gave very neat and precise results. I bake a lot so this electric knife will come very handy when I want to remove the crumb coat off the cake. This product also works great for cutting fruits. This appliance is very easy to use and to care for since the knives can be removed from the handle and be washed thoroughly. The handle itself is not heavy and there is a storage case for safe handling around kids. The knives also come with their own plastic sleeves for storage. Overall, I recommend this product.

It gets a little warm the more you use it as we'll. Overall it's a good product. It would be very helpful if you have a lot to cut up at one time. I cut some very thin slices of a ham. I would recommend this product.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I recently used the Hamilton Beach electric knife. I was exited to use it as the handle was very sturdy and solid. It seemed like it would be very powerful. I also liked how it had two different blades. Having a shorter set would be very useful. Unfortunately after attaching the blades I was disappointed. The blades don't seem like they go into the handle far enough. They were wobbly. I looked at the instructions and did attach them correctly. I even had my daughter-in-law put them in and she had the same issue. I did use the knife and it was as powerful as I thought it would be. It sliced both through a pork loin roast and a beef roast wonderfully! It also worked great on a loaf of pumpkin bread! I am just a little concerned about the blades being loose. Also the case the knife came in was broken in the box when I opened it. Plus it is a little small when trying to get everything back in. A bigger case would have been great! All I all it is something I will keep using. But I was disappointed as Hamilton Beach usually has better quality.
