We have no problems with this coffee maker. We've been using it daily for about a month now and love it.. the pot doesn't leak when you pour it, but it does take about 10 minutes to brew 8-9 cups so it's a little slow but not horrible. It's a good product
This is my second purchase. The first one I had for 7 years. The only reason I replaced it was the rim on the pot cracked. I decided to get a new one instead of replace the carafe. It brews quickly & reheats just as fast. This is the best coffeemaker I ever had! ^_^
Love the fact that it is programmable and when we get up, the coffee is made. Very nice, sleek, modern design that looks beautiful on the counter. It is easy to fill with water and it pours without slopping up the counter. The only thing I don't like is that it shuts off after 2 hours.
The best thing about this coffee maker is that condensation drips back in the reservoir instead of down the outside of the back. Had a premium brand and every time you open it to make a new pot water leaked down the back. If you look at all the bands in the stores you can see the ones to avoid. Works good, looks good, priced good. Buy it.
Was upset when I blew my old coffee maker, but found this one on line and liked what I saw. I ordered for in store pickup. Took longer than expected, but was worth the wait. As I unpacked it, I smiled at each step. The setup was easy and well explained. The only downside is that it threw my morning ritual off. I was accustomed to making coffee in the morning, now I make it at night, push the button, and wake up to the smell of coffee. In the morning I keep thinking there is something I should be doing. I think I'll get over it, lol.
I have purchsed MANY coffee makers and this is the BEST I have had. We are pretty hard on the machine and we have very hard water, I replaced the one I had with the same and bought another to have at home "just in case". WalMarts price beat KMarts hands down! I was so impressed my friend also got one.
I was unable to locate this in any store and I went to several or called. My previous coffeemaker was the exact same make and color and I wanted to duplicate it. I don't care for any product that is complicated or creates more stress. This coffeemaker is perfect and meets my needs. It's easy to operate, easy to clean and fits perfectly on my counter top. And, the clincher is that it comes in my favorite color - red! It matches my toaster oven and other counter top items. It was easy to order online and I received it 3 days after ordering it. Nice smooth purchase with no hassles and I didn't have to go to any store to buy it--that's what I like!
This red coffeemaker looks very good in my kitchen. I got tired of plain white and black Mr. Coffee makers. This is my first Hamilton Beach coffeemaker, it caught my attention with the red color. It makes great coffee and it simple to keep clean. I really like it.
Good product for the money and does what I wanted it do make good coffee in the morning with auto-program while I get ready for work. The 2 hour auto shut off and the brew selection for regular & bold is also bonus for the buck. Site to store order wasn't bad having the product delivered and ready for pick up 3 days ahead of schedule. I have not seen a sexy coffee maker, didn't buy this to make sexy coffee because coffee is always nasty to me though it keeps me a wake to do my business and this just makes good coffee. If any body needs a fancy coffee maker then may be spend more $$$$$$ and buy a "Hollywood Maker" which makes the same coffee as this model. I have owned this product for 2 month now and the only reason why I am giving 4 stars is that I know it will fail down the road just don't know when. Other than that I didn't have any problem with this Hamilton beach Ensemble. Once again good coffee maker for the money, no dribble, and keeps coffee hot!!!!!
I really like this coffeemaker. It makes good tasting coffee, and pretty to look at. The style I had before, which still works didn't have the arm where the water comes out into the coffee grounds. If I'm not careful the water hits the paper filter which causes the grounds to get into my coffee, so old one was better in that regard, but I'm learning to move the arm to the exact place it needs to be to avoid this. Hamilton beach makes great coffee makers that last and last. Cord is not retractable, as I believe it was advertised to be. But hey, the good outweighs the bad on this bad boy. Great coffee!
