I bought this for friend as a gift. I fell in love with this machine when I opened it up to check it. The machine has so many functions, fits in the cupboard nicely and very handy size, to do things quickly.
I have worn one out, I love it, One thing you have to be careful lining it up with knotches or you will break off tips on the snap part.
It is just what i was looking for. The perfect size and it works very well. Also the price was good.
Your price was better than Amazon's price for a comparable product.
Have always used Hamilton Beach products and this is no exception to their great line of kitchen tools. I now use it all the time and it saves on prep time for meals.
This is a great size for one or 2 people! It works fine and was easy to assemble. Only caution I have is it is rather difficult to snap the lid in place. It may loosen up a bit after some use however. Overall I really like this machine and much sturdier than other small size processors.
Yes, the price is right and it works. However, the old one, 70160R , had 2 features this model does not. 1. It could do "continuous" shredding and slicing -- with an output spout. 2. It could be stored in the cabinet with all the parts inside. I had to replace it because the interlock in the lid broke. This model does most of what I need. In fact I think it "blends" better. -- probably the twin blades. Also it seems to be easier to clean.
What I would call a great "starter" food processor. For me, it's all I need for basic slicing, shredding, chopping. However, feel the plastic container is a bit weak and not sure how long this will last. Top fits very securely, but pulling it off after use is a bit difficult, hence worrying I'll crack/break the container. Also, when shredding/slicing, leaves bigger pieces that don't end up being processed. Again, great "starter", but for extensive users, might think about something more durable and larger. For now, works for me!
It is a nice little machine, but it is not 4 cups. It is much smaller at 2 and a half cups.
Received this and glass container was broken. Almost cut my finger because as I was unwrapping Glass container from plastic the glass piece fell out of plastic. Very disappointed to have waited on its delivery and it was broke.
