The Hamilton Beach Hamilton Beach Stainless Steel and Black Iron is very durable and makes ironing easy. This iron has many adjustable settings based upon the fabric type - cotton, linen, wool, rayon, polyester, silk and nylon. I love being able to iron while the clothing is still on the hanger. This product has the ability to vertically iron right in my closet. I could never do that with my previous iron. I've always needed an ironing board. The ironing board gets in the way of ironing and I never have enough space. I frequently need to iron my collared shirts for work. This iron makes it easy and convenient, especially when I am in a rush in the morning. I appreciate the auto shut off feature. We all forget to unplug appliances when we're in a rush. I don't have to panic with this one. It shuts off automatically. It also heats up immediately so I can use my limited time I have to quickly iron. The steam is constantly working with every swipe over the clothing. The iron isn't very lightweight but has a good strong weight and grip. If you're clumsy like I am, no need to worry with this iron. It stays put and it's durable and well made. The cord is also long to prevent unplugging. If you're looking for a traditional iron that heats up quickly, I highly recommend this one! The Hamilton Beach stainless steel and black iron heats up quickly and is easy to use. You don't need to use a lot of pressure to get wrinkles out. It has vertical steam, so you can smooth clothes without taking them off the hanger. I am a multitasker, so I really like that it shuts off after 15 minutes if it's left unattended. I have been using the, Hamilton Beach Professional Iron, for about two weeks. This iron is so beautiful and the features are very sleek. It has an extra long cord, that allows you to steam clothing and drapery. This iron has anti-drip technology. This feature allows the item to remain safe while using. This item is so great. Another awesome feature it has is: Automatic-shutoff. It shuts off instantly if it falls forward or sideways. It will shutoff in 15 minutes, if it is left unattended standing upright. Ive always used t-fal irons, but after awhile the nonstick surface is not so nonstick. This has a stainless steel bottom, and boy does this thing glide well. I like this way better than the t-fal. This iron gets very hot, perfect for denim jeans. If you are looking for a iron that gets extremely hot and feels very solid in your hand, than this is the iron for you. It definitely gets the job done. Its not one of those lightweight irons, it has some heft to it. I was kind of skeptical about this brand at first, but decided to give it a try anyway. It's the perfect iron under $30, hands down. Buy it!
This iron heats up quickly so you can get around to ironing your clothes faster. It has a nice weight to it and is not to light. It is simple to use and figure out. The steam feature works really well and does not drip after pushing the spray button. I love that you are able to steam clothes while they are still on the hanger. The dile for the type of linen you are ironing is out of the way so you dont bump it on accident changing the setting. I deffently recomend this product. My husband gave me this iron a few weeks ago. I have now used it on shirts, jeans, kaki's etc. Very good performance - just don't forget to flip the little lever on top so it steams :-) When I use starch, I spray all the items at once, so the starch has time to get into the fabric and dry. This also prevents the white residue. This iron really glides very well on all fabrics. Makes the job easy.
My fmily and I love this iron. We use this iron everyday and this is the second one that I have owned. This iron is very durable and reliable. Ironing is such an ease and now I don't mind doing it. The self cleaning feature is so easy and I've never burned any of my clothing using this iron. I like the auto shut off feature and the steam power it gives if I need a quick touch up on a blouse or shirt. Great buy !!!!
I bought this iron a few weeks ago and it works really great. The steam press is awesome plus I can put my clothes on hanger and steam press my shirts too. Great product.
This thing drips crazy. It needs a diaper. The instructions state that the steam chamber will be conditioned after a few uses and it will seal completely and stop dripping. Even after 7 uses, the iron kept dripping. Not a good product design. Over prized. Also, this iron is pretty heavy and is not easy on your hands.
I've owned this iron for close to three months. It no longer sprays out the sprayer. It only steams with the steam burst. Worst of all, it now will only stay on for about 20 minutes. Then in order to turn it back on I have to unplug it and plug it back on for it just to work. This is the worst iron I have ever bought.
