This is a very sturdy pan! Nothing like the discount stores! It is a very nice size and comes with a clear lid! Let me mention again, it is MUCH sturdier and actually not easy to bend at all! Absolutely much better quality which means I won't have to double up on pans!
I love that this roaster pan is made in the USA of recycled aluminum! The usable portion of this sturdy pan (not including the generous lip) measures 15.5 by 11 inches at the top and 14 by 9.5 inches at the bottom with a depth of 3 inches. It includes a clear plastic lid with the same dimensions as the pan. I easily fit four humongous chicken breasts and nine large chicken thighs in this pan, about eleven pounds of meat. I did set the pan on a sturdy baking sheet to transfer the chicken into and out of the oven safely (as the instructions on the pan indicate), fearing that the foil would bend due to the weight of the contents, but it held up well. I've made the mistake of buying foil pans at the dollar store, and they were so flimsy as to be dangerous. This pan got the job done, and now I'm ready to make a couple of meals for a dear friend whose family has come down with Covid-19. I'll buy this brand again in the future.

This pan came in handy when I wanted to take a meal to my sister who just had a baby. It was big enough to keep the food separated and to eventually make the nachos in. I'm also glad it had a lid to keep out germs and dust/debris since the food was headed to a house with a new baby! Great product, fairly sturdy and good quality.
These handi- foil pans with lids are awesome. I use them for many different things because they worwork so well. I use them from everything from pasta to roasts. I recently made lasagna in this one. Once separated I just put the lid on and dropped the rest off at my parents house. I know that these pans are considered one time use but in my opinion they r made heavy enough to be washed and reused. I've had many of these pans over the years and I have reused them. They work really great for the holidays. The lids seem to fit fairly tight and you don't have to try to put foil on the pan. I would recommend these pans for easy use and very easy clean up.
These are so handy to make up a big recipe for get togethers, I cook a lot and we have a big family too, so making a big recipe of favorites for the special occasions, this pan comes in really handy. It travels, you don't have to bother carrying it back home, just toss it. Do be careful if you make a heavy recipe and especially if it's a hot dish, be sure to use a towel or pot holders to carry and move. I am making a big casserole this weekend so this is my travel pan for it for our family day.
So I received this item to sample....all I can say is AWESOME EVEN COOKING AND DID NOT STICK.....AND LOVE THE LID AND ALSO I LOVED THE FACT THAT MY PORK LOIN ROAST CAME OUT PERFECTLY....I COULD SEE THIS ITEM COOKING A NICE HOLIDAY HAM AS WELL AS A FINE TURKEY... THIS IS A MUST HAVE ITEM....AND IF YOUR WONDERING HOW DURABLE IT IS....WELL ITS SUPER DURABLE...AND DOES NOT BEND FROM START TO FINISH....OVERALL A MUST HAVE FOR ALL KITCHENS!!!
This is a really nice quality pan and it comes with a lid. It can be used to roast vegetables or meat and the lid makes it easy to wrap up your food and take it to an outdoor gathering or a potluck or just to use at home with easy clean-up. I love the lid that stays in place especially when taking food to outdoor locations. With the lid you no longer need to wrap up the tray in foil or cling wrap and battle winds and flies! The pan is a nice substantial size and is quite deep with ridged edges. I have used mine to create a water bath for baking a cheesecake in the oven and it was large enough to allow me to safely pour in the water without getting any on my cake. This is a great quality pan with many uses!
This Handi-Foil roaster pan is nice and sturdy. It is specified as being a Medium size, however, it is quite large. The measurements are 15 13/16 x 11 5/16 x 2 7/8 inches. The aluminum is heavy for a nice sturdy pan. It has a wide rim around the top perimeter for a good grasp of the pan. However, it is noted with a warning to support at the bottom of the pan when in use, especially when hot, heavy food is being transported. The clear plastic lid is also strong and snaps onto the sides of the pan tight. The lid stands 3 inches above the pan for plenty of room for your larger meal. It is also nice to know that the pan is recyclable. Therefore, clean up is easy with just rinsing the pan and disposing of it properly.
It is a nice big pan. With the lid on you can fit many big chunks of meat. A huge ham, a roast and plenty of room for veggies in there too. It needs to be supported because it is a little flimsy with all the weight in there. The lid secure on tight. It washes up easily so it can be reused. It stores nice because the pan fits inside the lid for easy storage. Very useful for many dinner ideas!
