Comfortable! I always buy from Hanes. The size I ordered was a little too big, but that was my fault - I thought I was a certain size. I'm keeping these; they're not TOO big and they're oh, so comfy! I'm going to order the next size smaller next time.
One of the best things for me is the covered elastic of the legs. Those of us who have a latex alergy know only too well how much this means with no sores from the elastic touching the skin. I have even had RN's tell me the same thing. I also like the fact that they have a great fit and go from the waist to the crotch in comfortable cotton.
We buy Hanes cotton underwear in bulk and provide it to homeless women in our community through our program, Lifted Spirits. We provide respite for women off the streets for a few hours. A new pair of underwear helps with hygiene and dignity
Bought this product twice so far this year. They are inexpensive and comfortable. However, the first order, which I haven't owned very long, the elastic is starting to unravel in the wash. I just cut off the loose threads, remain calm, and carry on.
I'm pleased with these briefs. They're all cotton that is very soft, and they wash beautifully. The moisture wicking is a big plus, especially with the hot summer weather coming. I find that the fit is a bit tight, but it works well enough. However, I have one complaint. The photo and description seem to indicate that it's high rise to the waist. I'm very short, but no way does it high rise to my waist! They're more like hip huggers on me. Probably that's why the tight fit. I will keep these panties, but in the future I will be more careful about ordering.
These were an add-on to my order, to qualify for free shipping. I wish I had just paid for the shipping. It's been a while since I have bought Hanes underwear and the quality has certainly changed. I am giving them 2 stars because they are affordable, not because of the quality. The material is cheap and almost scratchy. If you hold them up to the light you can just about see through them. The fit is horrible. I have worn size 6 high cut briefs for nearly 50 years, and they have always been comfortable. This includes those items that I purchased from Hanes. These are a huge disappointment. You are very much aware that you are wearing them, and something about them feels skimpy. They just don't sit where any of my other underwear does. These may be affordable but I am very sorry that I bought them. I won't do it again.
I've worn Hanes panties for years, they've always been true to size, fit well and were very comfortable, until lately. I just purchased two packs of 6 Hi-cut panties, each with 2 'bonus panties'. Out of the 16 pairs, 7 of them are smaller than the others. The 4 bonus panties appear to be possibly 2 sizes smaller while the others might be the same size panty, but the waistband elastic doesn't stretch like the others making them quite uncomfortable. Had I not laundered them prior to noticing the size difference, I would've returned them. The same issue happened the last time I purchased them. I guess it's time to find another brand.
Good price for package of 8 but comes in different sizes. Two of them comes one size larger, waist is 1 1/2 inches wider and crotch longer and loose. Others are true to size. Recommend if looking for good value.
I just purchased these yesterday. The 2 bonus panties say the same size as the other 6 panties, but they are obviously larger. They were made in different places too... El Salvador and vietnam. I have to drive 45 minutes to return them in Ontario Oregon. Not happy.
Picture shows their original size 8 BRIEFS (I didn't buy a different size) in lavender. The striped pair are from the package I got in the last 6 months. SMH!!
