Bought this for outside and we set it up in the new porch area (we were going to purchase something else for this area) we loved the way it looked so much we are keeping it in the porch and purchasing more pieces for outside.
Beautiful high quality furniture with pillows- Be prepared with an open bed truck as the box is 200 lbs We unpacked it at the store into our camper top truck as the box wouldn't clear - too big. That was easy though as our WalMart guy was great! The pieces that needed to be put together are the table and part of the love seat. The rest are fully assembled and sturdy. It is beautiful!
This set is exactly what I wanted. The color is wonderful and the pieces are very sturdy. I have only had it a week so i cannot yet speak to the long term durability of the set, but so far it is fantastic. I did read some reviews that mentioned the difficulty of putting the love seat and table together, however we did not have an issue. As long as you follow the directions and NOT tighten the screws until all are in place, you should be good.
Beautiful set... The hi-light of my back porch area.
We bought set item# HN-ALMO093 in Blue color. This set is beautiful and well built. We really love it. It was very easy to assemble and took about an hour. Most of the assembly is in Table. The only negative thing I noticed is that LoveSeat has a support bar in the middle and it has a few screws which will scrape against Wicket when sat upon and this will damage the wicket in due course. Also one of the protective rubber feet was missing from one of the Chairs. I will be talking to Customer Service to have it addressed. I certainly will recommend this set to my friends.
So here's my honest review after searching EVERYWHERE for the “ perfect” gray cushioned furniture for me. Wicker part of the furniture is dark brown, well made and sturdy!(although one of the chairs wobbles VERY stightly which shouldn't be an issue when sitting in it though) All pieces ( 2 chairs, ottomans, loveseat- which is a really nice size, and the coffee table) are really nice, love them! Now for the cushions.... all the pieces came in one box so some of the cushions are slightly misshapen but I'm hopeing, now they are on the furniture, they will fluff back out to their original shape. All the ottoman and seat cushions are fine. The cushions that go on the BACKS of the seats were the ones affected. We'll see how they end up after some use and I'll update the review. Next, the cushions are pretty cumfortable. Not the MOST comfortable I've tried but not the worst. ( sorry I know that's not super helpful). If you want cushions you “sink” into these are not it but they are by no means “hard”! The color of the cushions is OK. I though it was going to be a flat gray color. It's more like a heathered gray. There is visible piping around the cushions which doesnt show in the photos on line. The piping is a slightly different gray than the rest of the cushion which is not a huge deal but I personally wish there was no piping. Shipping took 2 weeks longer than stated at checkout and we ended up driving and picking up the set after it was shipped to the local warehouse for delivery (because they called and said it would be ANOTHER week before they could deliver it to our house 25 minutes away.) This however is not Sam's Club fault. Just be aware you probably will be waiting at least a week longer than your reciept says. All in all, would I order it again? Only if it was on sale ( which luckly it was when I ordered it). Would I pay full price of $1299 plus shipping fee? No. Will update once we use it a bit.........
Overall great value. Heavy set, with nice quality. Be prepared for a good hour of assembly.
The product is easy to install. Nice looking. Quality is good. Not the best quality but not bad.
Wanted a well built and yet reasonably priced set for a new sun room. This set is sturdy and well built. Easy to assemble. Beautiful pieces. Only downside for me is the cushions could be a little bit thicker and more comfortable but I still love this set! Use it daily!
Hanover Strathmere 6 piece patio seating set not worth the money. The cushions are very thin and uncomfortable.
