I was given a Happi Tummi after my kids were already too big to use it. One night we had friends over for dinner. Her baby had his 'bewitching hour' every evening around 5 pm. And so, at that time, he started fussing and crying. She said she had tried everything to calm him, and nothing would work. I remembered the Happi Tummi, and pulled it out for her. We warmed it up and put it on him, and he immediately started to calm down! I gave it to her to take home, and she used it religiously every evening from then on. We are both believers! I now give all of my friends with new babies a Happi Tummi.
Tried this product several years ago with my baby daughter. She experienced colic often. We tried changing her formula and changing her bottle type, but to no avail. We tried the Happi Tummi and the combination of the warmth, the support around the belly, and the herb aroma had a calming effect on her colic.
Happi Tummi was a life saver for my son when he was a baby and suffered from constipation. Just a 5-10 minutes on the tummy and within the next 2 hours he finally had some relief. I love the Happi Tummi!!!!! My daughter would cry for hours at a time and her little belly would Stiffin up sometimes get as hard as a rock and the only thing that would soothe her was this belt! It's like a little heating pad for babies. The only thing that I don't like is that you have to buy the refills online and it ends up being easier to just buy new belts every time.
This thing is great. My daughter has the worst colic and this is helping almost instantly!!! It's really soothing for her, I leave it on her all night. You can adjust the size and and I've been toying with the amount of snugness, she seems to like it a tiny bit on the snug side. My husband had a earache the other night and used it on his ear...he swears it took his earache away. There is a little herbal pouch inside the waistband and that's the part you take out and heat in the microwave. I started with the lowest amount of heating time because my micro is powerful...I then had to add a couple of seconds longer to get it as warm as I wanted. It's sooooo easy!! And it works!! Yay!! I'm not buying the colic drops anymore, they didn't work for us...Happi Tummi is definetly a life saver!! This will be the gift I give at baby showers for sure!!
This works great for my 3 month old daughter! She instantly stops crying when I wrap it around her. Wrap is good for up to 40 uses and I will definitely purchase another one. It is well worth the money and I like that I don't have to repeatedly give her medicines. Happi Tummi wrap is natural and it also smells great too!
I bought it because nothing helps, something calms my son, makes spasms of colic less strong, massages, water, but after trying everything, I decided to try this belt, but alas, the miracle did not happen! all kids are individual, this belt has helped many of my friends. try it and find what works for you))
My little one has been gassy and has had an upset stomach from birth. The happi tummi calms her down and is perfect to send along when she goes to "daycare" with her grandma! It is a plus that there is no medications or supplements given to the baby orally. These solutions can make the situation worse. With happi tummi, it is soothing and presents no harm to baby. It's like a warm hug!
The product is good but don't last for long comfort, you have to warm it over and over to give the baby a better relieve.
Bought this for my LO and It Is a life saver ... Helps with tummy pain and gas and helps baby feel comfy to sleep. However the wrap sometimes doesn't stay in place and ends up under her armpits - Olha the Velcro is very noisy when you trying to undo a sleeping baby - plus the Velcro is in the back which makes harder to strap baby during diaper changes ! Design fail but once is in place it does what supposed to do.
