First thing I have tried from this company and I love it! I got the Poppy flavor, and I layered it a few times the lip stain which I notice had a metallic glittery shine. Never seen that before, and I love it. I would probably do without the gloss. It is tasty and smells good as well.But, this is simple with nice for all occasions and I have very pale skin. Love it!
When I saw hard candy makeup in Wal Mart (of all places) I was shocked! I decided to try a bunch of products, including the lip stain. I have never ever used a lipstain before, and i LOVE this one. It is so easy to use: the actual stain is extremely light and with a few coats can be nicely pigmented, and the shine that you put over it isnt sticky at all. Both taste and smell amazing! I would definitely reccomend this product.
The lip stain is very thin, but lasts for quite a while. The gloss tastes very minty and feels slightly tingly. I absolutely love this product and would recommend it. One little tip would be to put the lip stain on and let it dry before putting the gloss on.
I was given this as a gift and I love it! I lost it and went to 3 different Wal-marts in hopes of finding it. It wasn't there. Looks like I'll have to order it online. The stain is light and only noticeable by the flavor. The gloss doesn't last very long, but then again most glosses don't. Very happy with this product!
Ok I got this for easter and I absolutely love it it stays on very well i am actually wearing it right now and I think it smells tastes and looks good lol it tastes like candy if anyone is asking i also have their eyeshadow palette in the shadows in splendid and i would highly recommend this product and all of their products and today i am going up to walmart to get their pink blush another color of these and the lipstick in firewall and i will write a review on them so look forward to seeing that later thank you and i hope this review will encourage you to go out to walmart and buy their products and maybe try their nail polishes thanks love, abbey***
This lipstain works amazingly! & the gloss is minty ( which I like) it stays on for hours & smells great also with a bit of a pearl shine, alone without the gloss. Will buy many other shades in the future!!
I've always had trouble with lip gloss. It would always be sticky and my hair would get in it or I'd end up accidentally smearing it or wiping it off. But this is heaven. After just a few seconds, it's dry. It smells good and it's not sticky. It stays all day and is great. The color is perfect for me and it's one of the best purchases I've made. The clear on the end, I don't care for too much. It's rather sticky. So I don't care for it much. Overalll, I still love this stuff.
This is the first time I've ever found a lipstick/lipstain color that I actually LIKE. Usually, you look at the product and guess whether what the color looks like in the packaging will be the same as what goes on your lips. And then, will it look good? I like lipstain. I don't want to be hassling with lip color all day. I got the lightest color available and it is good. I don't even need to put the shiny side over it. It seems to plump the lips a little and tastes good, which I was surprised at. Definitely a good product and I will keep purchasing same.
For the most part, this is a good product. It is a little thinner than I expected, and takes a lot of time since you need to apply, let dry, and repeat several times to really see any color. I bought the Petal, which is really just a nice light shimmer and requires no layering (at least to get the effect I want), but the Poppy is definitely not what I thought it would be. It is pictured as, and described as, a red. It's not red, it's purple, and even then only when you put on a good three layers. As long as you have the time and patience, though, this is a good value for the price - it's definitely MUCH cheaper than similar products. And I do like the shimmer.
Watching the Shopping Channels, I realized my deep-colored lipsticks make me look out-of-date and older! But I didn't want to spend $18-$20.00 for a coloring lip gloss, so I tried this in "Petal". It was lovely! I don't like to wear anything on my lips for long (that's why I wanted a stain) but I'd keep this on for special occassions--and I use it everyday (then remove) because the gloss is so hydrating it evens my natural lip color out and looks much younger when I apply other color.
