Good quality, lasted longer than the last brand. Need a grade higher, but that was my fault not the manufactorer. Once it starts to wear thin go ahead and change it out. Mine would tear once it started getting thin.
The Hart 10-Piece 5-"Hook & Loop Sanding Discs 60 grit. I love refinishing furniture these discs make sanding so much easier! I love that the discs don't have any sticky goo on them and you just put the disc on and when you're done it pulls right off with no fuss.
I used the heavier grit to bit into some woodwork that I wanted to repaint. I sheet of paper lasted an incredibly bling time. In fact I cut another disc up to fit my smaller detail sander because it did the job better then the paper I had in that sander. The hook and loop attached firmly to my disc sander and to my detail sander. I would recommend this product and plan to purchase more in different grits to have on hand.
These Hart sandpaper disks work great. They are 60 grit for more aggressive sanding needs. They work like you would expect, great. They are durable and consistent in their performance. The grit distribution is perfect for the job that they do. You don't want too many grit particles so that the pad stays clear while sanding. These fit that sweet spot just right. These pads also fit my orbital sander great. They do the job that they designed for well. A good product!
I do not own this brand of sander but the paper still fit perfectly and worked great. We are turning our attached garage into a bedroom and bathroom so we have a lot of sanding to do. It would take a long time to sand all that by hand so I'm very grateful to have an electric sander. This sandpaper works so well and helped prepare the walls for sanding.
I just happened to be outside taking apart some pallets when these sanding discs were delivered! So, I was able to test them right away and they are great. They fit my little $30 sander just fine and stayed attached very well. Great product and served it's purpose. (Pictures are before and after sanding some boards- i kept hitting nail heads so it's rougher then it would normally be after use)
This high quality material. Works perfectly on the Dewalt 5" orbital sander. Strips paint with ease. Would recommend all "grits" of Hart brand sand paper to get the job done.
I have tried many different brands of sandpaper, and while it is easy to review one that is bad, and comes off and wears down quickly, it is harder to review one that simply works as advertised. Because good sandpaper will simply do what it is supposed to do. Nothing more. so what is there to say about it, other than just that? Therefore, my review of this Hart sandpaper is that it did the job as expected. It was easy to use, stayed on the sander without any slipping, and did the job. There is nothing bad to say about it. Would definitely recommend.
This is my review of the Hart 60 grit sandpaper discs I used them with my Makita orbital sander. They fit well. The vent holes lined up nicely. They lasted a good amount of time, before needing to be replaced. These actually work very well…compared to other cheap brands. And also, I can't tell the difference between these and the more expensive brands. The first thing I noticed about these sanding discs, is how much cheaper they are than the ones of a more well known brand, that are at the big box stores. Usually the cheaper ones fall apart, with the sanding grit starting to detach from the base material, or wear out very quickly…sometimes even ruining the project. I definitely recommend these!
I own the Hart Tools sander so I decided to use their sand paper and was pleasantly surprised at how well it worked but more importantly how long it lasted. I feel like I'm constantly running through sand paper but not with this new sand paper it's amazing and high quality! I will be buying more and highly recommend this product!
