I love my HART Metric Wrench set. It's beautiful and very high quality. I do allot of mechanical work, and this set serves me very well in that regard. If you work on anything mechanical that requires metric wrenches, I highly recommend HART tools. I couldn't be happier with these tools. I highly recommend HART tools.
I love this tool set. Easy to access. Great quality and even better when I use it for my stuff instead of the husband's. The sleeve it came with is great too. Easy to keep them all together without having a mess. I love these tools and use them every time I get the chance! Will be ordering more so we can have a back up set! Absolutely a great buy, i cannot stress that enough. You never know when you'll need some tools!
This is a nice 11 pc Wrench set that comes with its own tool pouch for easy storing and when on the go. Made of high grade steel, chrome plated finish. Size starts at quarter inch upto seven eights. Superior set and a must have for every working man or womans tool box.
These wrenches are really pretty good. Made of Chrome Vanadium Steel (CRV), with raised panels for easy size identification and are nickel-chrome plated for durability. I put some muscle to them (however, I did not abuse) and could not get them to slip, flex or bend. They come in a plastic portable carrying case with an attached handle and a canvas rollup case with size markers (use one or the other). This 11-piece wrench set ranged in size from 6 mm to 19 mm. There may be better, but you'll have a hard time beating these for the price.
The 11 PC combo wrench set (SAE) is a made of CvR Steel for durability. The set is chrome plated and includes a rollable tool pouch for easy transportation. It includes 11 wrenches in standard sizes of 1/4” 5/16", 3/8", 7/16", 1/2", 9/16", 5/8", 11/16", 3/4", 13/16" and 7/8" Wrenches are combination type, with box end and open end, made from forged steel for durability. Twelve-point box end formation allows you to easily access your workspace. Alloy steel ensures durability, full polish finish wipes clean easily. This combination wrench set has 2 usable ends on each wrench, so you get more work done with 1 tool. Use the box end to loosen nuts and the open end for faster turning. The wrenches' 12-point box end makes easier turns in enclosed, narrow spaces. The box end paired with the open end makes this versatile tool set useful for a wide range of applications, from household to auto work. Plain markings allow you to easily find the tool you need, reducing frustration, while the alloy steel construction offers strength and wipes clean easily. The canvas wrench roll they come in is well made with grommets for wall mounting if desired. A nice set of wrenches for anywhere near this price point. It is not a $500 set, nor is it intended to be. Perfect for its purpose and design.
Comes with a tool pouch to keep the set together and organized. No problems using even with as much pressure and stress as one can do on wrenches. Hasn't snapped or bend thats a plus. Not bad at all makes a good addition to the rest of the tools.
The Hart Brand 11 piece wrench set is spectacular! I am slowly building my own tool collection. It is much better than borrowing from friends and fam. And also superior than a mismatched set that became easily disorganized. It was so frustrating to try to find the right tool when needed. So the pouch not only comes in handy for storage it makes work easier and less stressful. The quality is great, sturdy, not too heavy and feels balanced in the hand.
This HART combination wrench set is a great set! Each wrench is clearly labeled and they comes with a storage case. They work exactly as they should and are easy to grip. The set comes with multiple sizes for all jobs. We immediately put it to use to loosen a pipe fitting that had been stuck for the longest! The wrench worked perfectly to get it undone.
Hart (Walmart's house brand – like Kobalt is to Lowes) has been really making a good showing lately in their inexpensive but practical hand tool department. Not a bad little wrench set. Goes from 8mm to 19mm (skipping 9 as usual… poor 9mm, never gets any respect either in tools or shooting). Really glossy finish. They don't quite have the feel of a my Proto wrench sets but they also don't have nearly the expense. These will work quite well for the homeowner/shade-tree mechanic who does occasional work. An open/closed end wrench set sometimes is much more convenient than a socket set so it never hurts to have both. My Granddad once said you can never have too many tools. Or was he talking about bar clamps. Maybe he was talking about acoustic guitars… or ammunition. It was a long time ago. He owned an old-school gas/service station back in the late 1950s through probably around 1980. I used to spend my summers with my paternal grandparents and my favorite thing was when the bell rang meaning someone pulled up for gas. He taught me how to stop the pump on the right numbers when filling up so you didn't have to give back a lot of coins as change, and how to count it out when giving the customer back their change. This was when gas stations were still full service and it was not even considered polite to get out of your car and pump it yourself. Of course, Granddad would have a car up on the lift and would be busy tinkering with it and ignore the bell about half the time. I know several people got tired of waiting and just drove off. I learned how to take my bicycle completely apart in that old gas station. Also learned the art of arranging all the oil cans where the labels faced the same direction… Now I know he just had me do it to keep me occupied. Little did he know it would be the cause of some OCD later as I absolutely have to keep all the cans in the kitchen pantry facing the right direction… He also kept a Clorox bottle inside the coke machine. You'd have to open it with the key to get to it. He'd say it was water inside but never let me have a drink. This was the same time all the old-timers would sit around at the station in the early mornings and talk about the latest stills that were discovered in LBL while TVA was running everybody out of it. Yeah. It wasn't water. Anyway, those wrenches? I have a Hart measuring tape that has the genius design of staying where you open it; you have to actually press the button to retract it which I think it brilliant. So, Walmart's house brand, so far, has turned out for me to be of a fairly decent quality, especially for the price. Can't go wrong there. And, like my Granddad told me once, always pay your bills on time.
This wrench set is better than average, but won't get confused with a high dollar set of wrenches. I would rate them way above the tools from the harbor but not quite as good (or nearly as expensive) as the tools with a snap. Good steel, polished, and feels good in the hand. The sizing is perfect, not too big, but allows easy on and off without dragging on a nut or bolt. Usually the cheaper box end wrenches have an unusually large chamfer at the edges that can allow slipping on the hex if they're not engaged at exactly perpendicular to the bolt or nut. These wrenches have an adequate chamfer to aid in easily engaging the fastener but the chamfer is not so large as to cause slipping if the tool isn't installed at exactly 90 degrees to the fastener. If you need a medium grade wrench that will last a long time these may be a good choice that won't break the bank. They come with a plastic organizer as well as a durable roll up pouch.
