like most radial wheels and/or pplishing discs, these have yo be used at a low rpm on a rotary tool to prevent damaging them. they work perfectly at about 10,000 on a dremel 4000 with flexshaft. apply light pressure, letting the attachment do all the work. Applying a lot pressure will also cause the attachment to break.
This thing fell apart within seconds of use! I turned on my rotary tool and as soon as polishing disk made contact the entire brush evaporates leaving nothing but the metal shaft!! Over the last 30 years I have worked with a vast amount of differing materials along with a equally vast amount of hand and power tools, and I have never ever had an attachment disintegrate in the first 2 to 3 seconds of use!!!
