This 160 quart storage box holds more than you think! It’s 39. 7 inches wide by 21. 7 inches deep by 16. 3 inches high. It’s pretty heavy duty, and I love the see-through so you can see what you stored there previously. The color blue top is really a nice pretty color. I like that it has locking class on each end to keep a lid on. Another good thing is that it is sturdy but it’s not heavy, so once you have it filled to the top it’s still pretty comfortable to carry! This tote will probably last a long time!
The Hart 160 Qt Clear Latching Storage Tote certainly can handle storing lots of stuff! It's 39.7" long x 21.7" wide x 16.3"high and empty it's surprisingly lightweight (empty)yet extremely sturdy. It is stackable and has six holes for locking with padlocks or zip ties. It's clear so I can see what's inside without having to label it. As long as two people can move it around loading it up with heavier items shouldn't be a problem. This will be perfect for storing my queen size guest air mattress, sheet set, blanket and pillows in! It will easily fit inside of my garage and free up closet space inside the house. I can also picture using it for patio furniture cushions, camping gear, Christmas decorations etc. The only drawback is that for it's size it would be nice to have wheels on it but don't let that stop you from purchasing this product that's 100% made in the USA with recycled plastics!
The bin is huge! It has a locking lid that is also thick plastic. It is a see through bin with a blue top. It is perfect for the garage or shed storage. This one is a lot longer and shorter than the other typical size of bin. It’s very nice I am impressed.
Reviewing: Hart - 160 Quart Clear Latching Storage Tote This product arrived in a large cumbersome cardboard box that was not too heavy at all but needed both arms due to the package girth. There was no damage to the cardboard box containing the storage tote. It arrived in a time period that was towards the longer end of the spectrum but still within the expected window of delivery. When I unboxed it, I noticed that it was transparent (like so many totes of smaller size). I also noted the locking handles of the lid which securely fastened to the neck of the tote to provide a snug, secure containment. I originally ordered it for general use, but my wife thought of an immediate purpose, the storage of our artificial Christmas tree, which until today was kept in a large cardboard box that was starting to wear down. In the photos I posted, I show the full cardboard box next to the empty tote, followed by the tote being filled completely with the Christmas tree parts. Once completed, I stored the new container in place of the old one and I’m very happy with its footprint. The transparent walls of the tote will make it easy to find the Christmas tree a few months down the road. This being my first Hart tote, I will now look into other Hart storage totes of smaller sizes for other items in my shop and around the house. Great product!
This storage container is built well, durable and large enough to hold plenty of your items. It has a snap on lid which can have more stacked on top of it. It is see through so you can see the contents inside of it. For now, I'm storing my outdoor and camping gear in it, and it's a lot more convenient then using cardboard boxes. I would highly recommend this container just based on size and durability.
This bin is sturdy, if you were to stack them the top would hold up. My children have way too many stuffed animals and we needed a place to store them so they won't get damaged. We had three construction size garbage bags full and they all fit into the bin with minimal squishing. The bin is huge, so I wouldn't put anything too heavy unless you won't have to move it or will have help to move it.
When it comes to buying totes. You get what you pay for. The cheaper the flimsier. These are well worth their price. Especially if you want great outstanding exceptional quality. I love the over sized handle for the Tote with wheels. WITH WHEELS! no more heavy lifting. This is the go to outdoor tote!
This 160 quart clear storage box is large/long and is perfect for your seasonal bedding or seasonal clothes. It’s listed as heavy duty but more on the medium strength. The lids are different than the ones in the past. Has a locking lid, ie: padlocks or tie wrap’s if needed. I love that they are stackable. I put my seasonal items in these to keep the dust etc off. Very nice tote that will hold a lot.
Love the size, sturdiness and snapping handles that lock the lid on. It is to keep our grandkids outdoor toys and it'll be functional for certain!
This is a very large storage container! I didn't realize just how big a 64 quart container really is. It will probably be used for garage storage, since it's bigger than I anticipated and doesn't fit in my closets. I do like that it's clear to be able to see the contents. I deducted a star for the simple fact that I have a hard time opening it. It has latches on each end, but really hurts my fingers. To be fair, I do have arthritis in my hands. All in all, it's a great storage container.
