I love to decorate my house so my husband is forever having the drill screws to put up shelves or bookcases and has often broken a bit. Not with these! They are sturdy and come in a good variety!
This is a 17 piece impact driver set from HART and includes a 2 3/8 inch magnetic bit holder for close up jobs, a 4 5/8 inch bit holder for when you need that extension to your drill length and then a super handy magnetic screw guide with a sleeve that adjusts to just about any length screw and holds it securely in place with a magnet and the sleeve, and as the screw goes in the sleeve retracts, which keeps the screw from popping out of the screw driver head and keeping the screw straight for a uniform job. As far as screw driver bits you get 3 different sizes of philips head, 2 of the straight head, 3 of the square head and 3 of the star head, so you are ready for any job and all bits are securely held with a magnet inside the bit holders. They are standard bit holders so you could use other bit heads also. Very strong material and should give years of faithful service!
The HART 17 PC. Impact Driver Bit Set is a great necessity for any impart drill owner. No matter how careful you are drill bits seam to get lost like odd socks in the dryer. This set kit contains fourteen bits in some of the most useful sizes and shapes. It contains four Phillips head bits in three sizes 1 PH1 – 2 PH2 – and 1PH3. It also contains three straight bits in two different sizes. 2 SL8 – and 1 SL10. There are also four square head bits. 1 SQ1 – 2 SQ2 – and 1 SQ3. And lastly there are three star tipped bits. One T15 bit, one T20 bit and one T25 bit. Also included in the set are three magnetic bit holders 4 ¾ inch, 2 ¼ inch, 3 inch with 1 ¾ inch sleeve to hold the screw and bit in place. It's a nice set and I'd recommend.
These black magnetic bits are just what I needed. I can't count the times I've used my drill and had the bit slide off screw during assembling things using the drill. Thanks to this set i have the bit needed to prevent them. It comes with various size bits and they are magnetic so if one falls into a tight spot you can easily pick it up using magnetic stick.
This Hart 17 piece impact bit set is very handy to have in the toolbox. It comes with a 2-3/8” magnetic bit holder, a 4-5/8” magnetic bit holder and a 3” impact rated magnetic screw guide. It also has 14 bits in a holder so your ready for almost any job. A great addition to your toolbox.
I absolutely love the hart 17 piece impact driver set. First off, they are magnetized, which makes using them so much easier than bits without this feature. Secondly, the guide sleeve makes it easy to stay on the screw. Once you use these you won't go back to just using bits without the guide.
Impact Driver Bit Set This is a nice little magnetic impact pit set. It comes with three bit holders: 2 3/8” long bit holder, 4 5/8” bit holder, and a 3” impact rated magnetic screw guide. You can use any of the bits in each of the bit holders # 1, 2, and 3 Philips, #8 and 10 slot, #1, 2, and 3 square and T15, T20, and T25 bits. I have used the #2 Philips bit to drive screws into wood and concrete and it works great, no slipping in the screw head. I have not used all of the bits as of yet but I trust they will perform well. I would have no problem recommending this to my friends.
I love this bit set. I do a lot around the house needing to use this set, like hanging curtains rods, pictures, shelving, etc. This makes doing jobs like that a breeze. It's helpful to have the guide to keep the screw in place. My husband works with tools all day long and has used this and was pleased with it so much I didn't have to go fetch his tools.
My son loves this. he keeps it in his toolbox for at work. it is well made. Only time will tell how long it will last in an everyday situation. the magnet screw holder is a super plus for those that have trouble driving and holding a screw. Two thumbs up!!!
Right idea, wrong quality. I like the magnetic extension bit holder but when I tried to screw an 1 inch screw into an aluminum threshold with a pilot hole no less the torx bit was hopelessly twisted. They advertise impact rated but definitely not. Nice bit set and extension for easy tasks but not up to real work.
