GREAT tool bag. My husband filled this up with tools to take in our motorhome. This bag is not only stylish but very durable. When full of tools it can be very heavy which makes the wheels and arm very helpful when moving this bag. The amount of items that can be stored in this bag is quite impressive. I would recommend this bag to anyone looking for a new tool bag.
This bag is a no-brainer when deciding if it meets your needs. I was excited that the HART line offered a bag to keep all of my HART battery operated tools in, and that it is perhaps the perfect tool bag available. It has plenty of pockets for tools inside and out, the material is high quality and durable. It has two wheels and a handle so you can pull the bag as you would a piece of travel luggage. It also has a handle on the top and a zip-top that pops open wider for easy access to the inside of the bag. I am pleased to keep this bag with me in the vehicle because it looks very nice. Perfect for my needs!
Great large bag with lots of pockets. Enough storage for all the tools I need for my projects. Looks well built and have had mo issues with construction. This is my new 'go-to' bag for packing my tools.
This took bag is great! Its built solid, tall, roomy. 12 inside pockets to easily find tools as well as 2 Velcro sides that fit a hacksaw perfectly. 2 pockets on each side, a closing pocket up front, and 2 more pockets beside that. The extentable handle and wheels make it easy to move around, and if you need to take it with you, there's a zipper to secure it shut so stuff doesn't fall out. The biggest thing I like about it is the inside pockets and spaciousness inside. Literally all of my small tools and random items will fit inside and they are still easy to find without having to dig around much I think anyone who has accumulated quite a bit of random tools will definitely appreciate this bag. I highly recommend it.
This HART branded rolling tool bag is massive! I've used multiple small tool bags in the past, with various tools spread between the multiple bags - but this one will allow me to combine most of the tools into one bag, that is easy to move due to the telescoping handle and rolling wheels on one side. It is a hard sided bag - all 4 sides and the bottom have a solid feel, and the large main area is held closed with a heavy duty zipper closure on top. The main area of the tool bag has room for a few power tools, and along the sides of the main area are 12 storage pouches (6 on each side) that hand tools will fit in nicely like pliers, screw drivers, wrenches etc. On the outside, there are 2 storage pouches on each end of the bag, plus 2 on the front, and a larger one on the front with a closure flap held via velcro. And as mentioned previously, a heavy duty zipper closes the top. The bag is labeled as an 18" rolling bag, but my measurements showed it being 20" (wide) x 11", and 14" tall (with the telescoping handle retracted). For curiosity sake I weighed the bag empty, and it is right at 10 pounds. This bag is very portable when rolling it on its wheels. Although if you had it completely filled with heavy tools, since it is so large, might be a little difficult to carry.
WOW! Definite convenience! The bag allows you to organize all the tools you will need for pretty much whatever type jobs you need to tackle. NO more rummaging through all the tools in the bottom of your bag. It's well made and seems very sturdy. The rolling and telescopic handle makes it a breeze to use and there is a lot less back strain and wasted time carrying all the tools needed.

And as always with all of my Reviews, if there is a problem with the item I am reviewing, I will state what the problem is, to better give any potential customer, the true facts about this product. We have owned this Hart Rolling Tool Bag, for two weeks, and trying to do my Review, but site would not let me. Shipped pretty prompt and came packed well in a box. My husband is a field technician and he has used this from the day we received it. He says that it is so much easier to find his tools in his service van then using tool boxes as he did before he received this useful product. It has 7 outside pockets including one large pocket in the front center. It has 12 inside pockets which is where he puts his different screwdrivers, nut-drivers, his different pliers, wrenches, ratchets, and other tools that fit into these pockets. It has plenty of room at the bottom, to put his hammer, and other large tools. It is made of a very durable and tough fabric which he expects will last a very long time, it is so sturdy and strong. It measures 18 In Wide 12 In. D AND 15 in. High. It has a convenient handle that extends to 38 In. in height. Which is very useful when he has to take the majority of his tools into an account. He says that he has not found any negative issues with this Rolling Tool Bag by Hart. And it makes his work a lot easier, and that is great. This is such a useful Item that he so appreciates. My husband highly recommends this Product, and when his co-workers have seen this Tool Bag they are so very impressed and jealous.

Can I say that this tool bag is so well made, so many compartments, and so, so, nice. My Husband simply loves this tool bag. He says that this is the first tool bag that will hold all of his tools and none will be put to the side in another bag. Great Bag!!
This Hart 18 inch rolling tool bag is made pretty well. Has plenty of storage and the inner pockets are held on with strong velcro. There are plenty of pockets inside and out. The wheels roll nicely. The fabric material on the outside is some sort of duck cloth and is very duarable. The handle that retracts is useful but my only complaint for this bag is that the handle feels a bit on the flimsy side. I wish it was more solid and gives the user more confidence when dragging it. With a lot of heavy tools in there i would worry about the handle breaking.
