thank you it was just what i needed
Simple to swap out. I now have a spare that I can keep loaded with string in case I run out during trimming.
Bought this string for my Hart trimmer. It had originally came with the .60, but I saw the .80 was also compatible. You can really see and feel a difference between the two. It uses less string to trim. Although both come prewound and you get two in a pack. Awesome product.
The replacement spools are the best. Quick and easy to install and get back to using weed eater. Love it.
Could be operator error, but the design on this weed eater seems to go through the line very quickly. I have a very small yard, and I'll go through 4 or 5 of these during the summer.
I really wouldn't recommend any of their prewound spools. They break, they bog down my 40v trimmer to where it almost smokes. Super frustrating and expensive.
the spool is melted together then just keeps shredding wont bump out
I was using this on my ditch. The entire spool of string was gone before i could finish. Definitely not the best I've used. The ditch was about 60 feet long.
I purchased a 40v trimmer from Walmart and a pack of this line, I have had nothing but issues with the line, it sometimes just won't feed through and gets tangled inside the spool and other times it will keep feeding and not cut and end up winding around the inside of the trimmer jamming it and causing a burning smell from inside. I have used three different spools now and they all have had this same issue.
They are always tangled, every time I buy them. I have to take the spools out 3 or 4 times while doing the yard. Every time I use the trimmer. I wish I had never bought it.
