[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this charger to help speed up the time for the 4AH batteries. Although it only tells you the estimates for the 1.5 and 2 ah it does charge the 4ah quicker, I averaged an hour and a half. When you need these larger batteries charged get one of these

Everytime I charge a battery it is fast
I was surprised at how much faster this charged than the regular one. I tested the charge to make sure it truly was charged fully and found it to be 100%. I also was surprised that the fast charge did not heat up the battery and I also checked it again a couple of hours later to make sure it could hold a charge and it did. I can not say enough good things about this fast charger.
I have the Hart mower that came with a 2ah (amp hour) charger. When mowing I want to be able to charge the batteries up quick. I got the Hart 3ah charger and it is fast. Now there is no wait time. The battery locks in when you insert it, no worries about it sliding out. The chargers has a display on the left side indicating what the LED is doing at the moment. It has about 6 1/2 ft. cord. The transformer is built inside the unit so no wall wart hanging on the receptacle. It's pretty light without a battery inserted. All Hart 20 volt batteries and chargers are all compatible which makes HART a great brand.
The Hart 20v Charger is perfect for getting the battery charged for the job you are working on. It's really nice with all of the stages of the battery getting charged. I put mine right back in the box that it came in and stored it nicely on my shelf. I have several of the Haty 20v products and I have found them to be reliable and I have had no problems with any of them. If this is what you are looking for, you just found it.
I saw no advantage to the larger charger than your smaller white charger for the price difference. 10 minutes lead time on a 4.0 its not much. However it is very easily mounted onto a pegboard and I do find myself using it for convenience, as it no longer requires to unpack each and every time I need to charge a battery.
I got this charger and a brand new battery at the same time. The charger was super quick, however after using the battery on a drill to put 4 screws into a footstool, the battery was dead. pit it back on the charger til it said fully charged, and again the battery only lasted long enough to cut through plywood 2 feet long.
