Bought this to use in renovating a house, worked great, long use without having to recharge the batteries. Excellent product
my old man says that these heart tools work better for him than some of the other expensive tools he's had and his router works better than the name brand routers he's had the batteries last for a really long time. Definitely recommend!
Got as a gift and my brother loved it! Good quality tools at a great price. I've had Hart tools ever since WalMart started carrying them and I have not been disappointed!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this month 5 more hart products including saw saw, vacuum, vacuum dry and wet, hart radio for better experience while using my tools and I love how everything works and would really love to have more hart products and invest more in them so i can have all of them I have over 18 products by now and will love to buy more for this fathers day and Christmas and seriously thinking on for a bundle
I bought this set 3 years ago. Still going strong and has served me well. Wish Hart would offer a 15mm random orbital polisher with a 5” backing plate for auto detailing paint like Milwaukee does. Maybe they will. And a power washer.
Love the tools although i had 2 batteries go bad lost receipts in a move wouldnt exchange them even tho they told me they were still on warranty ive spent over $1,000 on their tools remember to keep your receipts or youre screwed i feel they shouldve replaced them especially when toldme covered
Very satisfied Great Quality jus wish it came with the bigger battery packs.
This tool set works as expected but it did have a defective battery originally but they quickly replaced the defective battery but the replacement battery didn't have the charge level indicator lights like the original one but it works as intended
Hubby is still learning all about what this set can do. He has used drills and such most of his life, but this one is a tad different with no chuck. Hopefully he can spend some time getting to know more about each piece and be able to start using it like he wants.
Some time ago, I signed up and received text alerts from Hart Tools. I recieved a notification one day HART 20-Volt Cordless 6-Tool Combo Kit (1) 4.0Ah (1) 1.5Ah Lithium-Ion Batteries wanted to make a purchase. I requested help because the link they sent me didn't work. when they finally had gotten to me the deal had expired, and they refused to honor it. although my request for a new link or a usable link was the very same day the sale had begun. *I even tried forwarding the link to my other phone and it didn't work. when I looked for the part on Walmart.com. The cost was double. The very same day that I recieved the notification from Hart Tools. i tried contacting them several times. Only to be repeatedly denied. Very unsatisfied with this deceptive market or extremely bad customer service. Maybe both.
