All Hart products work great! Love them all! Easy to use, lightweight and batteries last.
It cuts very well, and lasts longer than I'd expected on each battery. (I already had two batteries, from the drill/impact set I bought). Very easy to use.
Well packaged. The pole extensions extends further allowing greater reach. No oil reserves to lubricant chain but that may be plus for light work. Remember, “battery not included”.
Got this for my husband for his birthday and he was so happy amd excited to get it and use it. Hasn't had the opportunity yet but I know he will be pleased because we both have been with all of our Hart purchases.
This works good, but a little top heavy when up that far in air. Doesn't require bar %26 chain oil like our old one, which is strange. Got for a great price %26 batteries can be changed out with the other Hart products we purchased.
Light, easy to use, easy to assemble, and easy to store. The extension makes it nice to get branches off a tree %26 much safer than taking out a ladder. Highly recommended.
The saw part itself worked fine, the handle where the trigger is located fell apart after the 1st use... Sure I could have ziptied it or something to "make it work", but I shouldn't have to seeing as it was brand new. Returned..

We have tried 3 different batteries they all function properly for other tools. This gets nothing, it's like we don't even have a battery installed.
