Everything stated here is true and representative of my experience.” This 20V Brushless Transfer Pump Kit is highly recommended due to the fact its cordless, and actually has power to transfer up to 250 gallons per charge! AMAZING!! This unit is very easy to use, plug in the hoses, insert battery and press button! ALSO - can be used with all other 2.0Ah Hart Batteries! I tested this by transfering water out of a tub nonstop and it did well, no issues at all. Would be great for this upcoming winter as last year I had pipes bust and had to use a shop vac. this would have been a life saver! Great job Hart!

Everything stated here is true and representative of my experience.” I used this primarily to pump rainwater off my outside pool cover and was very impressed. I can visualize many more ways that I can use it for in the future. I plan to keep it close to my boat in case of water getting in it at some point. I was very surprised at how fast it sucked up the water and spit it out. The high speed really cleaned the water up. The three speeds all worked well but I mainly kept it on high speed. I had it attached to a 50 ft hose and it had no problems pushing the water out. This transfer pump will be a lifesaver in the future.

This transfer pump is truly something else. To say I was a bit surprised would be an understatement. The transfer pumps used in the past work ok and are a bit slow. This one is very portable. It has a great quality feel to it. It pumps water extremely fast. The 3 modes are pretty nice depending on what type of job you are doing. When you crank the flow speed all the way up it really moves water quickly. The inlet hose has a nice rubber pad on it to stop dirt from getting in the pump and ruining it. Cordless is the way to go and this transfer pump moves water faster than other corded ones I’ve seen in-use. Great product from HART Tools!
This pump is so a awesome for transferring water for our rv when boondocking. No cords and 3 speeds.
Used for 15 minutes and it stopped working. It appears to have fried. Contacted Hart customer support, and they want me to drive 30 minutes away to get it fixed. So much for a warranty and caring for the customer.
I reached out to the technical support team repeatedly in my quest for assistance with the product. Regrettably, none of the team members could offer the help I was looking for. To make matters worse, the meager guidance that was initially provided to me has now been entirely removed from the product's manual. Despite my requests for an explanation, none were provided. Up until this recent interaction with tech support, I was a satisfied customer. However, given the current circumstances, I've decided to return the product and seek services elsewhere.
