The Hart 20 volt cordless impact driver is a great drill! It has a nice weight to it. I felt like I was holding a powerful tool; but it wasn't so heavy as to cause fatigue. It is comfortable in my hand. I really love the grip. It is soft but doesn't slip. This drill has some serious torque so the grip was especially nice. The keyless chuck is also nice. It is an easy to pull system much like an air tool connection. Simply pull back on the outer ring and insert the bit. Done! Every bit held firmly. Nothing slipped. My only concern is the battery charger doesn't seem very heavy duty. I have only had to charge it a couple of times as the battery lasts. It worked well. I just don't feel confident in its durability. Overall I like this drill a lot. I will recommend it to friends when they try to borrow my tools!
I received the Hart 20V Impact Driver Kit from the Spark Reviewer Program. I have been very impressed with the Hart brand. I like how the battery is interchangeable on all Hart products. This Impact Driver has the power you need to complete projects, easy to use and change bits. Comes with a built in LED light. I will be purchasing other Hart brand tools in the future, very good quality.
20V Impact Driver Kit I am constantly looking for tools to help me complete projects around the house. This battery powered driver kit is the answer to my prayers. It has been perfect for helping me when I need a little more power than what my hand can do with a bit. The 20V Impact driver kit delivers up to 1700 in.lbs of torque and has an integrated work light for clear visibility while I am working. It has variable speed trigger to help me with controlling how fast or slow I need when using the bit. The kit comes with a 2” Philips Driving Bit, a 1.5AH Lithium-Ion Battery and a Fast Charger. It is great news that the bits I have already will fit with this drill. It only took a few minutes to charge it the first time too. The drill is heavy duty and surprised me by not being either light weight or being too heavy to hold while I am working either. Now on to my project……Since screws seems to hold better than nails in many cases, the repairing of my deck was really easy. I was able to make the stairs more stable in no time by using this drill. First of all I would like to say I am not a contractor but I do dabble with woodworking and crafts projects . I have used several different drills and drivers over the past years and I have to say I am really impressed with The Hart 20v impact driver. There are so many features that I really love about this driver, the power it has to drive in or loosen screws and nuts, the control I have with the veritable speed ability of the driver to adjust to the power I would need for each project, how easy it is to change bits with the quick connect chuck. The bottom back of the driver features a handy bit storage area and the driver came with 1 Phillips head bit included. There is an LED light that comes on when you push the trigger that's especially handy when working in spaces where you need that extra light to see you're working area. It also comes with a battery charger that is a compact convenient size that is able to charge the lithium-ion battery quickly so you can continue with your project with hardly any time wasted and the battery holds the charge for an amazingly long time! As for the driver itself it's well-balanced, easy to control, comfortable, easy to grip and hold without causing fatigue. I truly think that every household should have one of these!!!! I love using this so much that I walk around my house finding things to fix!!!! I have used it to fix loose screws on the legs of my kitchen table, built a bookshelf and reluctantly gave it up so my husband to tighten the nuts and screws on his lawn mower!!
The perfect tool for fixing my porch and boat dock. Can not go wrong with it being cordless, holds a charge for a long time also. It has a lot of power behind it, power enough to go through all my deck boards. This tool make lite of some of my work. I really love it.

This Impact Driver will get the job done when driving screws through any touch surface. It comes with 1.5Ah Lithium Battery and Fast Charger. There's so much I can say about this Impact Driver and the 1 thing that stood out about it is it's very fast when driving in a nail. So if your looking for a high quality Impact Driver this is the 1 to get for the job...
I must admit that until recently, I didn't know the difference between a drill and a driver. I thought a drill could do it all. Then I used this driver, and what a difference!! With a drill, a phillips head screw would often round out as the bit slipped out of the slot. With the driver, it sounds like the bit is jumping, but that is just the driver applying force as it sinks the screws into the wood. No jumping, no rounding out. The driver is comfortable to use. Feels light, and has plenty of power!! A great addition to the toolbox.

I have charged the battery 20v for 6hrs but not charged. I inserted the battery but tried to test the drive but there was no energy from the battery. I need a return or to replaced rthe battery
The versatility of the Hart impact drill provides several options for usage. The first project I worked on was drilling holes into old metal tin and fastening it to barnwood. I used a hex bit to drill through the tin and had no problem. I accidentally dropped my drill down my stairs. The drill came out unfazed. Overall it appears to be a very versatile and durable impact drill.
