I got into Hart tools because of the price vs quality value and the 3 years warranty. I needed a rotary tool to work on my woodwork projects, I just starting with woodwork and I couldn’t pass this great deal since I already had Hart 20V batteries from some previous tools I purchased. I like the fact that this rotary tool has variable speed switch with speed from 0 to 33,000 RPM, very convenient. The on-board bit storage on the face and underneath sliding compartment is very helpful. This tool also has a spindle lock for quick and easy bit changes. It comes with 33 accessories from sanding, buffing to cutting. I tried some of them on my first wood art project and I had big success, very proud of my artwork. Great addition to your Hart tools collection, an asset to any household that needs projects to be done with ease and on time.
This has so many uses! I do a lot of crafting and this comes in handy so often. I make projects for my home all the time. This sands, grinds, etches, and polishes. It's so amazing and works so well for every project! It is battery powered and cordless so yoy can take it anywhere. This is much better than the Dremel tool I have. This spins clockwise which is nice since I'm lefthanded so the shavings etc. go away from my face. I am so excited to try new projects with this tool! The battery lasts a long time too. I love Hart tools and I got the battery and charger seperately and it's compatible with all 20V Hart tools. It comes with so many accessories and they all store neatly in an attached case so you don't lose them. This is the best tool and I highly recommend it! Thanks Hart!
I actually love this tool. I have to use a rotary tool regularly at my job and this thing is handy. The plastic tray that the tool comes with is cheaply made and i can see breaking pretty quickly. I also wish the on off switch wasnt so stiff but these issues arent a big deal. The wall mount option is nice, if you only ever use it on a work bench. My only 2 real gripes are the battery situation (there are only 2 amp batteries, i already wrote a separate review going into detail about this) and the fact that its white which will just get dirty. I wouldnt recommend it to friends because there are other brands out there that are better and the battery issue is just too much for me.
My husband is the tool man in this family. He was impress with the HART 20V ROTARY TOOL. It works well. It comes with 33 accessories to handle any kind of rotary job you have. Battery operated tools are so handy. It's good looking too!
It appears as if they really tried to think of everything when designing this Hart rotary tool. On/off switch and speed dial are large and right on top. There are keyholes in the back so the entire tool can be mounted on a wall or work bench. My favorite part is the storage. There’s not only a plastic accessories storage case built into the base of the tool, but there’s also rubberized slots on top to hold your most used bits. A problem I’ve had in the past with these types of tools was never being able to track down where all those bits are. That’s a problem no more. And this thing is fast! Connect a 20 volt Hart battery (not included) and you’ve got speed up to 33,000 RPM to help you grind, sand, buff, etch and cut. If you refinish furniture, a rotary tool is a huge help with sanding between chair rails and all those in-between places it’s hard to get to with sand paper alone. It’s also nice for etching wood. For example, to personalize a cutting board with someone’s name or initials. Changing bits involves nothing more than locking the head with the switch and using the included wrench to loosen the spindle, insert the bit then tighten the spindle once more. Easy!
The Hart 20v Rotary Tool This rotary tool is a great thing to have it's very versatile you can do so many things with it, sanding, cutting and more. This is good for any kind of project. I would recommend this tool. BTW the battery and charger are sold separately.
My teenager said this is like a Dremel tool...not sure what that or this do but he's excited to use it and claimed it! Looks like it does precision sanding, buffing and cutting. Battery and charger not included but it does come with sanding and cutting and buffing accessories.
My husband absolutely loves this thing! He uses it for all kinds of projects and says it runs flawlessly and is easy to use. He also likes that the accessory box fits in it so that he doesn't misplace them. Just make sure you buy a battery and a charger since this doesn't come with them. I 100% recommend this!

That is one of the things I like about this tool, I can use the same 20 volt battery and charger in different tools. This tool was easy to put together, not difficult at all. It's light weight when you're using it , so I don't have arm fatigue. This would make a great gift for someone that likes to do woodworking or dyi projects. Battery and charger sold separately.
My husband was not impressed with this tool. He said it didn’t work very well but the accessories that came with it were pretty great. He said it shuts off while you’re trying to get a continuous use & it was a bit frustrating. Even while it was working it wasn’t working the greatest. This tool you will also need the Hart brand charger & battery to use this that is not included when you buy this product!
