I can't leave high enough marks for this led light. I love all the tools from this brand. This is super bright and clips on to mast everything. It pivots at two points and stays lit for a long time. We use this working in tight spaces where we need more light and I use this with my photography. I highly recommend this brand and this light to any looking to purchase electric/led.
Every time you need a light you never seem to have one that is good enough. That is where this HART light really shines (pun intended). This LED is a chip on board design and not a single bulb or LED with a lens. That makes it flood and disperse light really well so you can see a bunch of light over a wider target and more evenly. The light swivels around itself so you can set it down or clamp it to anything, then point the light at your work surface. It'll grab onto a 2x4 or anything thinner and stays secure so you don't have to adjust the light or make sure it hasn't fallen down. For most rooms you can set it down far enough away from you while you're moving and working and still have plenty of light. I think the only improvements that could be done to this is having some sort of magnetic mount, or some sort of hanging hook. Not major problems since I can modify it myself to have these, but a very minor downfall of this. It came with a charger and 1 battery, 2 brightness settings and I haven't run down the battery to see any dimming or concern for low charge after working on a couple home projects. Overall I love this little light; its more than enough light to allow you to work in a room that may not have working electricity or useful to keep light when working on a project. I don't think its water resistant so I wouldn't use this for outdoor emergencies, but lighting up a cooler on a clear summer night? I think it would do fine there. This is a great addition to my tool box with the other HART cordless tools.
This clamp on 20v Hart light is perfect for shop use and great for camping too. You can use it any where you need extra light like when doing detail work at a desk or photography. Just clamp the light on and you are set. Hubby likes to use it in his woodwork shop and the fact that it uses the same battery as his other Hart tools. He got a Hart multi battery charger and constantly uses his interchangeable batteries in all his tools. He likes the light because he needs the extra light when he is doing detail woodworking and the fact that he can clamp it just about anywhere. Out daughter wants one for her camper to use when she is grilling at night. This would make a great father's day gift since you can use it when working on the car, in the shop, camping, or almost any where. All of our Hart brand tools work great!
This Hart 20-Volt LED, cordless, clamping light kit is really bright with 900 lumens of light output. This is perfect for those times when you need a light and don't have electric like when you're camping, working in a dark space or out on a patio. The light itself is 4 inches in diameter and is attached to a large clamp that can pivot and rotate up to 270*. The light is placed on the 20V Lithium Ion battery pack which acts as a stand for the light. It has an off/on switch with a high/low setting. This light kit also includes the 1.5 Ah Lithium Ion battery and charger. A must have for a backup light in your household.
This light is very powerful! Super bright and has brightness levels. This is great to use when you are working after dark. Clips right no and bright enough to see and get the job done. Love that you can recharge the battery and interchange batteries with other Hart products. The battery is included which is a great thing. It is heavy duty and able to be tilted in the direction needed. Don't let the size fool you as it is packing some heavy duty lighting. Not heavy and easy to carry and clamp. I highly recommend.
The 20V LED Clamping Light Kit by Hart is lightweight and powerful! I like that it has settings for high and low beam (which is still amble light). The clamp isn't rigid so it's easy to open and clamp onto shelving etc and it can also be hung up. I tested the battery at full charge on high beam to see how long it would last and it stayed on for a good 3.5 hrs! When I tested the battery on low beam it stayed on for well over 7 hrs!! When the battery starts running low the light will actually turn off then back on numerous times to let you know! The battery takes 2.5-3 hrs to charge. The head pivits and rotates for directional control of the beam. For the compact, lightweight size and powerful lighting output this is a must have and it would also be a useful gift to give to anyone!
This has the perfect clamp for a 2x4 peice of wood. I am Building a outdoor shed on the side of my house and this light is very handy. There is no need for Me to run a very long extention cord for this project and it allows me to work when it gets dark outside. It is smaller than the picture shows online but this thing is very bright and powerful, even on the lowest setting. Extremely lightweight and easy to move from one location to another because if its size. The light can swivel in any direction so getting it to point in the right spot when its clamped onto something is a breeze. It can also be held just like any handheld flashlight and even sit upright without leaning on anything to keep its balance. It stays in place everywhere I camped it to and it is much brighter than my backyard patio light. We also used it to play basketball at night.
I like everything about this product it's bright it's better you operated rechargeable battery comes with it and charge it comes with it excellent perfect it's why I mean absolutely White
This clamp light is really bright! It's actually way brighter than I thought it would be. Which is a good thing. It's lightweight, compact and delivers plenty of light for any work environment or space. The compact design of it allows it to fit into smaller spaces and even hard to reach areas. I was able to use it in our cramped crawl space, which has a very narrow opening and absolutely no light source. We needed to be able to provide our contractor with some info on that area. And without this light I would have been able to see nothing. So, this light worked perfect for that. I have also been using it in my dark basement as well. My basement is usually very dark and dreary with hardly any light in my laundry room. So, I have been using this to hang on a screw to light up that area. I'm very pleased with this light and very impressed with how bright it is. I would highly recommend this light to anyone. It's super bright and the rechargeable battery has lasted a long time so far. I haven't had to recharge it yet since I got it & I have been using it daily. Definitely a must have for any dimly lit area!
This is a nifty little light. The light is super bright and could be used to light up an area you are working in where you need more light or to light up a room when the power is out. The light doesn't take up a lot of space and is much safer than candles. I like that I can clip this to something such as the edge of a table or possible a door (depending on the thickness of the door) or you can just sit it on a table. The light battery is charged when you get it so you can use it immediately out of the package. The battery seems to have a reasonable running life before needing to recharge. The light also has a very appealing look. I love the color scheme (mostly black and white with accent color of blue). I would recommend this light to anyone. It is much more than just a work light. I would purchase in the future and plan to look at other styles of lights available that are made by Hart.
