Very Bright, easy to use, good quality for the price.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This light as 3 modes and gets very bright. Also folds away into a nice size when not using it.
My battery went out that came with it but I got other heart tools and I used those batteries and at work perfect
I purchased one previously but it was stolen from my house so I decided to buy another one. Unfortunately I had to buy it online since they didn't carry it in stock at my local store (0924). The one I was shipped had a defective battery and the company's (HART Tools) customer service department will not respond to my requests for a replacement battery.
I absolutely love this 20 V heart foldable and hangable work light 20 LEDs seriously lights up my entire backyard you can sit it employment in multiple directions and also hang it absolutely wonderful for any project that you might have rechargeable and has a long battery life
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Good product....very affordable....has a bright light makes it easy to see and and hang up or sit down which is good
This is a handy led light that I've found myself using much more than I expected to. I'm pleased with this product because it works well, is well designed, and it comes with a battery and charger. The light has three settings- when you press the button to turn it on, it defaults to the highest brightness setting. If you press it a second time, it will go to a slightly lower brightness setting, and if you press it a third time, it will go to the lowest brightness setting. It's nice to have those options for different times of day when you're working and want to conserve the battery. The light has a hook built into it to enable you to hang it in your shop, so you dont have to set it on a work surface- this is a nice touch. If you want to set it on a surface though, you can swivel the light which is helpful. It's only on one axis though, so keep that in mind, but I have found this light to be very helpful and appreciate its design. I haven't tested how long the battery lasts- it's a 20V 1.5Ah battery, so it's not huge and not that heavy. Given that this product is just shining a light, its peak power usage should be pretty minimal, and I haven't had any problems with it in my usage so far. I always keep my batteries charged in between uses, so that I never have to worry about running out (generally speaking)- this applies for all battery systems I have, not just Hart. If you are diligent about keeping the battery charged up, I dont think you should run into any issues. however, if you do, then that's a sign that you should either buy a second battery, or a larger battery if you dont want to carry a second one around with you. Overall, I am happy with this product. One thing I absolutely did NOT like about it is the clamshell packaging that it came in- it's reminiscent of the worst packaging from previous decades. I absolutely hated it because it's hard to open, and you need a sharp knife or scissors to cut through the plastic, while ensuring that you dont cut yourself accidentally. I absolutely hate clamshell plastic packaging and haven't seen it in some time- it's not a great sign that Hart is using it. Recommend they move away from it, even if it means higher packaging costs. Plastic clamshell packaging sucks, go to paper already, it's the 2020s.
What I like in a project light is fast, easy charging and lots of light and this light suits my needs. We were working in our attic and had to shut off the power, this light was a lifesaver, it really lit up the attic. We have used the brightest setting most often, the lowest setting was more light a regular flashlight brightness wise. I liked that I could recharge the battery whenever we took a break so we never had the light die on us. We were able to keep skunks away from our campsite with our extra lighting while our dogs were out with us, nice little bonus. The pluses include being able to use the same battery in other tools, fast charging and 3 different brightness settings along with the built in optional hook for hanging the light.
light works great but the design is terrible. the light only comesup to about a 90 angle the hook isnt removable.
Could not position the light to be horizontal. With the exception of the grip, the plastic felt cheap and brittle. Way too much paperwork in three languages, that provided very little in the way of actual instructions. Took almost 15 minutes and three different tools to extricate it from the blister packaging. EXTREMELY DIFFICULT TO POSITION out of the packaging....everything seemed in reverse to accomodate the hook.
