Love this reciprocating saw from Hart. The price is hard to beat. Using a 4.0aH battery it's not that heavy and feels as powerful as my corded reciprocating saw and I can take it all over my yard to trim. Now when I trim my palm trees, especially the ones with long thorns like the reclinata palms, I won't get stuck near as much as I do with a hand saw, due to moving my hand back and forth. The 20v Hart tools I can use the same batteries in all of them.
This Hart reciprocating saw is really well made and well weighted. Easy to use, the safety on button is located just to the the side of the grip and a variable speed trigger. This is a 20 volt saw and will need a Hart 20 volt battery as well. Comes with instructions in English, Spanish and French. Comes with a 3 year warranty. This set includes a 6" wood saw blade and operations manual. It's about 4.3 lbs without the battery. Made in China
The HART 20V Cordless High Performance Reciprocating Saw is the go-to tool we need at all times for remodeling and demolition of our house, as it helps in cutting down anything in my path including wood, limbs, plastic and even metal. The variable speed of this saw trigger always gives me greater control allowing me to cut items at speeds anywhere from 0 to 300 Strokes Per Minute. The 7/8" stroke length of this high performance saw allows for quick cuts in demanding applications and the quick blade changes with easy access lever. Also, this saw has pivoting/ adjustable shoe for maintaining control and accuracy as well as reduced vibration, while limiting my fatigue. Moreover, the easy-access lever on the side of this saw makes for quicker blades changes to get me back to cutting in no time. I am totally amazed at the innumerable features and functionalities this saw possess. It has already helped me with innumerable DIY Projects at my Home and I am happy with it. Also, I have already recommended the HART 20V Cordless High Performance Reciprocating Saw to many of my friends and family specially those who loves to do DIY Projects at their house, and many of them have already purchased and used this saw, and they find it very useful in all their DIY Projects at home, and they use it all the time around their house.
First off, this Hart reciprocating saw looks bomb. The color scheme just screams out quality and gorgeousness. The patterns and that were chosen along with the black, white and blue intermingling make it even more impressive. The saw itself is lightweight and comfortable to manage. The handle is sized well for people with all different sizes of mitts. The foregrip gives toy that second point of contact that allows you to hold steady while tipping through any metal or wood that may get in the way. I haven't owned any other HART tools so this is my first time dealing with their use ability and I have to say for the price point I am happy with the results. It has a decent battery life that can be extended with the larger battery but for the use that I have been putting this saw through it has done just fine.
Wow, this saw really does the work! I had a lot of yardwork to do at an old farmhouse that was really overgrown with all kinds of plant life. I went to work with my handy Hart saw and got the job done. Not too heavy and I might suggest you get two chargers if doing as much as I did. Battery life was about 30 minutes depending on the job. Interchangeable blades with other brands as well. It cut small trees an even though I was skeptical on the bigger tree, I was surprised it even cut those. Not having to worry about an extension cord was a plus. I highly recommend this saw.
I seriously love this reciprocating saw!! I'm my opinion, it packs better features into a cost-effective tool. I loved the way they designed the blade lock. It really holds the blade, which is important as other brands locking systems have caused blades to pop out randomly which is dangerous. I also love how there's a trigger lock to prevent accidental trigger pulls. My favorite new tool! Battery holds up for long enough to get quite a bit of work done, and they charge quickly.
This HART 20-Volt Cordless Reciprocating saw is great! It is well made and works well. I can change the blades quickly and very easily on it. It has worked great on the projects I have done. It's a very light weight saw. I have never had one so lightweight. I highly recommend this Reciprocating saw by Hart and I will definitely buy more tools by Hart!
This came at the perfect time! We just had an insane ice storm and have all kinds of broken trees with big branches that need to be cut now and this is absolutely perfect! Works awesome and I Love that the battery fits other HART power tools too! I use the 20v which works great with this saw for what I need it for. I've been impressed with this brand so far. I've recently gotten a couple other power tools made by HART and I have had zero problems and have been very happy with them. I love the colors of these tools as well which I know doesn't matter to most people but I really like it.
So, my husband and I have been adding to our collection of tools because we both are really into the whole diy thing. We also love to do woodworking and so having a large variety helps us. I would love to say that I know how this works but it doesn't come with a battery so we were unable to actually use it until we go buy one. Size wise and how it looks and feels is exactly what we expected though and are pleased in that sense.
I needed a saw that was light enough to reach out with one hand and cut a Tree Branch and this Hart HP Reciprocating Saw solved the problem. I am over 70 and don't have the strength I used to, so this lighter saw was perfect. I cut several Tree Branches up to 2 inches and it was like cutting butter, fast and smooth, plus, It is a really good-looking Tool and it has the power. I purchased a couple of Hart 6 in. tree-cutting saw blades from Walmart.com that are very inexpensive and they really cut well. I am all set for many years of happy tree trimming.
