A lot depends on the tool but the hart system works for any job. I try to get the battery bundle anytime they are on sale. The 4ah batteries are excellent. I have been using them for years and they all still seem to hold a charge like the day they were purchased.
Great price when reduced. I jumped in on the Hart line after watching numerous videos. My uses are yard equipment, air compressor %26 hand tools. I use the 2ah %26 4ah batteries. The charge time is good and the in use time is sufficient. They seem to hold a charge when not in use and not connected to a tool. I'm happy with the Hart batteries and charger and won't hesitate to increase my in inventory of the Hart line of products.
We have bought these batteries three times as part of a $99 tool bundle and battery promotion. This package includes a 2 Amp rapid charger that will take a 4Ah battery from dead to fully charged in approximately 2 hours. So far the only proble. we have had is one of the "fuel gages" quit working, but the battery still worked fine. We are both in our mid sixtys and addicted to sleeping with a fan running. These batteries will run the hart 7.5 inch fan for eight hours with the fan set to high speed. Which works perfectly for us. In fact Hart is offering a $99 bundle consisting of two of these batteries, the charger, and a 7.5 inch fan; all for $99 plus tax. This bundle will allow you to run the fan continuously on high speed, swapping out the battery every eight hours; or for a total of 16 hours if recharging isn't an available option. I would highly recommend this package for the elderly who may have air conditioner issues. (If you place a bowl of ice in front of the fan it will blow cold air on you until the ice melts.)

Ive ordered hart over the past several years and continue to add to my collection so I ordered these additional batteries even though they last a long time.
I use, USE my hart tools everyday and they keep up with and out perform some of the name brand tools on the job site.

They work awesome and allow me more work time with every Hart cordless 20V piece I have as my collection of Hart tools slowly grows. Just not as fast growing as I'd like but when your in the middle of your own house remodel even doing the work myself my want for more tools get trumped by do I need that right now or can it wait, is it something I'm going to need on the remainder of my remodel. If not for that my collection of everything Hart tools I'd have way more that's for sure and until I have a garage full like the picture on the website that's completely overflowing with everything Hart offers in their power, garden, home I won't be happy and Hart fulfilled till then
I'm pleased with this purchase I never knew how much I would've needed this battery charger it charges quickly and I love the shut off feature when the battery is charged
