This was great for measuring my window seal and curtain panels. I love that the hook is made to use either side of the measuring tape. It locks very well and is not flimsy. It’s stays put to get the most accurate measure with out need additional people to help keep it still or help hold it. It’s a nice size not to large not too small. I also like the clip to hold it to your pants or where ever you want to clip it. It is very efficient and easy to use as my teen daughter used it to measure around her room to start decorating. I recommend this measuring tape when you don’t have people helping you measure tall or wide areas. You really can use this easily by your self especially with it being magnetic and having auto lock.
Finally a tape measure I can read. This Harts 25' auto-lock tape measure is well built, sturdy and durable. The magnetic hook is handy for working with metal, plus a oversize hook. I like the case, it feels good in my hand as most of it has a rubber coating for a comfortable fit and a nice size belt clip on the back. I think the best feature of this tape measure is the fraction markings. I never was very good when it came the fractions, this tape takes the guess work out when measuring in fractions. The package says it has a 11' reach without buckling, I have only got to 9' and it buckled. Not sure why I would need the 11' reach unless I was in construction. I also like the auto lock. The retract button is fast at retracting the tape. I am very happy with this tape measure.
The measuring tape is very easy to use. The push to retract the tape works with easy but not crazy like some others. The magnet that is on it is very strong and holds in place. This tape also has a metal piece so much bigger so you can finally measure by yourself without help. My favorite tape measure for sure. I want to point out that on the tape it also has every dimension listed. So not only do you get inches and ft you now get eights. And a clip to hold secure on. Belt, pants, or whatever you use. I use it to hang in the garage. A game changer for me.
I love how easy this tape measure is to read. (See pic). It says it's magnetic but only the very end is magnetic. I thought it would stick to the fridge but just the very end of the tape does. It's not super strong but it does stick (see pics).
So I got this 25 foot Hart tape measure because it is an auto lock tape measure. I always struggled getting measurements by myself. The auto lock is a god send. Would highly recommend!
This tape measure by Hart is very well made. It is of good quality construxtion. It has a hook on the back so easy to hook on your belt while you are working. It is also magnetic which is great when you are measuring longer items by yourself. It locks in place also. This is really a great measure that professional could use to everyone for projects around the house. The price is amazing to for the quality. Would highly recommend!

I was introduced to this brand by StyledbyCasanova. The item was purchased for my brother and he loves it.
The tape is too thin and did not make the claimed. ‘Standout'. Ok for carrying in your car but not for working.
Its described as magnetic. The only part that that is magnetic is the metal pull piece at the end. I thought the whole casing would be magnetic so it would stick to, say, a filing cabinet or refrigerator.
