HART 4-Piece 2-inch Impact Driver Bit Set, Torsion Zone worked perfectly well for us. My husband love doing the little projects in the house himself, and other products that we bought in the past, stripped and wore out easily. This set actually came in 4 pieces, and it was easy to use. My husband didnt have to struggle with it,and its durability and longevity is far better than others that we have used. I will recommend it .
The bits look well-made; I like the black coating. Seems to work fine although I haven't had them long enough to see how well they hold up. I would recommend these bits.
I do a lot of knock down furniture assembly and I just finished doing a large project with these bit drivers. I have to say that after two days of screwing together this piece of furniture, that these drivers are still in very good condition, so far, so good. I will update this review as I continue to use these drivers.
i hope my mom will like it,as,well as i do mine.
I got these bits because I had some shorter bits (one inch long) and I had some longer sizes as well ( four and six inch) so I decide to give them a try . I was impressed with how snug the phillips bit fit into the screw head, it fit well which is good because this is the one I usually strip. I was skeptical of the blue area that is supposed to increase torque, but it does seem to be true, but what I liked about it was that it is smooth and round which made it good for me to hold on to to keep the drill and bit and screw head all aligned, because as you know if you get out of alignment and crank up the power something is going to get stripped out. So overall I think these will be good bits in the long run . I may purchase some other lengths. I didn't think I would ever use the square or torx head , but when I looked around the house I noticed more things with these type screws than I thought, so I'm sure I'll be using those too.
My husband was excited to get these (literal cheers when he opened the package). They fit his impact drill perfectly. They are good quality pieces, too; he doesn't have to worry about them breaking nearly as quickly. He's going to use them as he re-enforces our deck.
These two inch bits made especially for impact drivers should help with a common problem. The blue portion of the shank is designed to absorb excess torque without the bit breaking or spinning out of the fastener. The extra length often comes in very handy on recessed fasteners where the bit holder in a little too large to go. This set includes a square and a T25 bit as well as a common and number 2 cross point. Remember that any bit can be over torqued. Set your driver properly and these should make your job easier.
These have a good grip, and seem well made. Fits into the driver easily and doesn't slip while using. 2” length is good for reaching into deeper applications. It would be nice if they came in a small container or case, to keep them together. I have yet to see if the torsion zone yields extended life, but I am hopeful.
This set comes with 4 bits... a Phillips, Flat, Torx and Robertson head. They arrived just in time for a project I had to tackle. Along with a friend, we used both the Phillips and Flat heads for almost 3 hours straight. The bits drove every screw just fine and last the entire time. The Phillips did begin to show slight wear, but still works and looks good. I'm happy with this set. Looking forward to trying the other 2 heads soon.
These bits aren't terrible, just mediocre. The magnetic tips are helpful. The torsion zone could be larger, in my opinion. I prefer a longer bit. Held up well during our first project, but the Phillips head didn't last long into our next project. All in all, these bits will do in a pinch, but I'd prefer to spend a little more for bits that will last longer.
