This battery right here is a beast! It's long lasting. It's not too heavy either which is great for me! If your questioning yourself will this do the job, like I questioned, the answer is absolutely!! Lightweight and durable and long lasting.
This Hart 40v 6.0Ah Battery is awesome! I have the Hart lawnmower, string trimmer, and blower (all 40v). I bought them all with the optional charger and batteries (at additional cost). The batteries they came with are not as high capacity as this amazing 6.0Ah one. It's absolutely essential, in my opinion, to have an extra battery you can switch out so you don't have to stop and wait for your battery to recharge. You really want at least one extra charged battery on hand to quickly switch out and finish your lawn/garden maintenance in a timely manner. I was pleasantly surprised with this battery because it has such a huge capacity. I don't even use my other batteries anymore- this one lasts through the entirety of the job! I have an 8,500 Sq. Ft. yard and this one battery lasts long enough to fully trim edges, mow the grass, and blow any leaves. If you have a larger yard than mine, you may need to have two batteries ready, but for most people, this one is all you'll ever need! It charges fast, lasts forever, and I love the fuel gauge that tells you how much power you have remaining. Please note that this battery works with any of the Hart 40v tools and chargers, and you'll need to purchase a charger for this battery if you don't already have one. Highly recommend this battery!
It's a huge battery. It doesn't fit the equipment that I have because it's too big but it fits anothe equipment I have. All the same battery brand too. It's powerful. Last a long time. Beats the others I own. Real good battery.
HART 40V 6Ah battery is a convenient way to get a job done quicker and more efficiently than most jobs that take a normal battery. It has a longer charge than a normal battery, which means longer usage between charging. Being able to work longer is always a plus and that's why it's so convenient to have this particular battery for your HART tools.
We have quite a few Hart brand tools. Between our trimmers, mowers and drill, we were often running out of battery life before the job was done. This extra battery is a perfect way to continue our projects without losing time to charge. I love that the Hart tools have interchangeable batteries. Very handy! I would recommend this brand for all tools and pick up that extra battery!
Omg this battery is very very super heavy but it's only about 5 lbs. It's suppose to give extra power but can't use blower for long with it because it's too heavy for me, so deprives the whole point of needing extra power. I can't say how long it will last, I only use in short burst. But I would think about 2 hours. It does save from having to recharge often. It fits my current charger with no problem. My regular blower battery doesn't feel anything close to it in weight. Anyway I get about an hour, which I will stick with for long jobs. If you are someone who can carry heavy weight go for it. You will love the extra power/time you get with this battery.
Steer clear of hart. Didn't use more than 5 times and battery won't charge anymore. Flashing red error. Repeat do not buy this battery or hart products with Gary batteries
i purchased the mower last year and now the battery isn't lasting nearly as long o have to mow my back yard one day and the front the next. the battery cost as much as your cheapest mower that comes with a battery and charger. today the battery wouldn't even finish the back yard that i just mowed a week ago and had too bring out my old push mower too finish it. its not that big of a yard may i add.
This battery was $218 before taxes when I bought it. I certainly wasn't expecting it to be disposable. It charged up fine when I bought it, used it once in a 40V weed eater, now when it's placed on the charger the error light blinks and it won't charge. DO NOT BUY HART PRODUCTS!!!
battery life overall does not last. customer service sucks. they will keep you on hold (40min) and pick up one minute before closing (4pm central) amd act line the lune is cutting out, then hang up on you. then they are closed.
