These hooks are awesome on the storage rail my husband has. They are heavy duty and very durable.He was able to hang all his extension cords up along with a number of other guy stuff. We plan to buy a few more!
Bought these for the 15 Piece Garage Storage Rail Starter Kit. Haven't used them yet, but hubby says they look and feel sturdy. Will use when he gets more gardening tools.
This review is for the 15 Piece Garage Storage Rail Starter Kit and large double J hood 3 pack by HART. As you can see in the attached pictures, this is a great system for organizing your garage. It comes with three rails that are each 3 feet long, for a total of 9 linear feet of storage space. It can be used by connecting them together with the included coupler adapters and end caps, for one 9 foot rail, or each rail can be hung separately in different areas of your garage or storage area. There are many different configurations to this system. The thing I like best is that it is 100% customizable to your area. Each rail can hold up to a maximum of 250 lbs, and each individual hook can hold up to 50 lbs. The unit is very easy to hang and includes easy to follow instructions. The hooks are quickly installed or removed so you can change the configuration in seconds. I put 2 rails together to make a six foot rail and I plan on hanging the other 3 foot rail on the opposite side of the garage when I clean that area out. In addition to the starter kit that includes 12 different hooks and hanging hardware, I also got 3 double J hooks which I will use on my 3rd rail. You can always add to this system by purchasing additional parts that are sold separately. All the tools in the picture were standing in the corner of my garage so you can imagine the clutter before I installed this system. You can't go wrong by buying this kit. 5 stars from me.
These hooks are a great storage solution to go with our garage tool rack. They slide on easily and can hold quite a bit of weight. The construction of them seems very solid, I don't worry about them falling apart of coming off the wall at all. I like the finish on them, they seem well made and like they will last for quite awhile. They definitely do the job they were intended for! (pictured without tools but currently they're holding our weedeater, rake, and extra attachments for the weedeater.)
These are going to be a great addition to your HART garage rail. I like how easily these hooks are to install onto the rail. Very simple. They are also made with little rubber nodules on the inside so when you put in place it's not going to slide all over until you move it yourself. The hooks are strong so these are not going to bend under normal use. We have multiple bikes on ours and they are very strong. I'd definitely recommend this addition.
These hooks go with Garage Storage Rail Kit and are very heavy and sturdy. The added touch of covering them with foam is great for preventing any damage to tools and keeps the tools from slipping off in the event of some type of movement in the garage (as sometimes happens.)
The add on hangers came in very handy for securly hanging my seeder and electric tiller that are always in the way I'm my shed. The simply snap onto the bracket system (sold separately) and hold in place quite well but are also easy to remove to reposition as needed. Definitely a hassle saver as I had to stack these things on top of others which also risked damage. Very happy!
Got these J hooks to compliment the Hart 15 Piece Garage Storage Rail Starter Kit. The J-hooks are solid hooks. They are bigger than I thought they'd be and have an impressive rail attachment system. I've had 4-5 rail systems over the years and this is the most flexible. No complaints, exactly what I wanted!
I got these to go with the 15-piece starter kit and I'm impressed. I have no problem holding up my battery operated lawn mower and my chainsaw with them, and I didn't have to screw a J-hook into a stud like I used to. This system looks amazing and keeps my garage looking cleans and decluttered by getting my tools off the floor. If you have some bigger items that you want to store more conveniently, I highly recommend these hooks.
Once we put up our HART wall storage, we could not believe how sturdy this system is. It is all coated steel so will outlive us. The pieces do not slide, but instead, you lift up on the hook at the bottom and pull upward which easily releases it from the steel frame, and then place it where you wish by easily hooking onto the frame. It is extremely strong and as shown in my photo, we hung a very heavy blower without a wobble. It is so nice to have things up off the garage floor now and it looks so darn good that I now want to paint the whole garage. It's like black-tie dressing in a garage.
